This company handles billing for a number of businesses, including a hospital where I was recently had a procedure done.  I called them back and they set me up on a payment plan that was very reasonable.  The person I spoke to was friendly and polite.  However, she never actually told me the name of the billing company she actually worked for...unless it is "Billing Services".  I guess it doesn't matter; it was a legitimate call.

Beware of these "callers" and numbers. As a former worker in the billing and collections field myself and as with dealing with numerous collection services; THEY IDENTIFY WHO THEY RESPRESENT AND ON WHAT DEBT SPECIFICALLY THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT AND/OR ON WHO'S BEHALF. The persons who are being collected from are provided all contact information from where the debt was obtained and including the specifics of the debt. Not to mention their first and last name and what company they work for. The option of having documentation will be very much provided. Beware of the scam artist that are out there. Some are VERY convincing and sound VERY legitimate. I am now a Police Officer and can't tell you how many unfortunate victim's I have personally seen not counting what fellow officer's have seen. As dealing with personal debt, it is HIGHLY suggested to work with a licensed financial advisor, attorney or even very much with a representative of the company you owe the debt to. These legitimate collectors will and are willing to work with you to put the debt behind you. NEVER should you by phone EVER provide any personal information to a complete Stranger that calls from ANY unrecognizable number. Thank you for your time reading. Beware, be safe and God bless.
