Called the sales line listed above and they stated they are not responsible for the faxes being sent.  Very nice and undstanding about the confusion, they said they are working on resolving this.

The third junk stock fax in two days.  Stocks being promoted are QEDC, CNOA, CHVC.  The promoter seems to have several aliases, i.e. Suffik Holdings, Metromedia Consulting, Strategic Capital, and Green Strategic Capital.

unsolicited "investment alert".  tried the "to be removed" number several times without success.  very rude behavior.

We've been receiving faxes several times weekly.  I try to call the number & have even gotten through to remove our fax from their list - most of the time the number is busy & the time I got through, I registered our fax to not receive any more with no luck.  That's at least 2 weeks ago now with no luck.  The number we're told to call is 888-541-4729.  There is no fax blurb at the top showing what number the fax was sent from or what time.  The stock fax claims to be from QEDC reference some Tech Sector stock.

I keep getting faxes from Strategic Capital, Metromedia, Americrown, etc..they are all the same.  As soon as I call to be removed from the fax list I just get another junk fax about something else.  I have reported all of them to the FCC.

I DO NOT EVEN READ THEIR STOCK ALERTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have gotten a few of these faxes each day.  I have called the "to be removed" number  (each time it is a different number) a few times and tried to have my name removed but I believe this makes it worse.  I think now they know that my number is a viable number.  Basically they are fax spammers and this is illegal!  The horrible part is that I work at home and I need this fax line left on for my business.  The fax rings in the middle of the night when I am sleeping and during all day when my children are sleeping.   My husband is very connected and I am turning this matter over to the attorney general and the SEC for ACTION!

I am really happy there are others who are as irritated as I am about this.  The bad news is that I receive these faxes too.  I have strong ties with the FCC and will close this company if something isn't done to stop these faxes immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has been a persistent problem for me, short of changing my fax number I am completely frustrated by this tactic.

Send complaints to the FCC at fccinfo@fcc.gov. or fax them at 266.418.0232 to register your complaints, hopefully an action to stop these faxes will prevail.

These are always the same slimeballs using different names. Anyone dumb enough to invest in one of their pumped stocks probably deserves what they get, but I'd certainly like to see them put out of business permanently.

Another junk fax to a fax number long listed as "DO NOT CALL"/National Listing.

These things waste time and apparently work by taking advantage of chumps who are unwilling to do their due diligence/homework.

I try not to get too worked up about but they often come and like 3 in the morning.   The time they waste cannot be replaced.  Obviously they care not one wit about my time or the inconvenience.

I receive about three or four faxes a week from Suffix, Metromedia Consulting, Strategic Capital, all around midnight or 3 or 4 in the morning, at my home fax.  No matter how many times I call to have my number removed, I continue to get the faxes.  I was told by one individual that by calling the number listed, you just get put on another list.  Which agency should be getting these complaints?

WE are receiving faxes from this number without our solication.  We are on the NO FAX LIST.  Either STOP sending thhis faxes of any type or we will contact the Federal Trade commission and our lawyers will be filling papers that you are violating our reights!!!

I was told to call back and speak to Tom Makmann as he is the 'boss' at QED. I will try this later.
