- cindieIt appears as though they use several numbers and id's to call from but the one number that keeps coming up is the 888-541-6180 . They actually left a message. Some thing called Real Time Resolution (sounds fishy) about Fannie Mae owning my mortgage. That's news to me! There's a one day event to discuss whatever it (scam) they want to talk about. I sure hope they're not lying about the real reason why they're calling. Afterall,IF they are lying, I'd hate to have to report them to the FTC about it and then watch them have a class action suit against them. It'd be a real shame now wouldn't it? I wonder if they'll call again seeing as this is a one day event.

- JimmySo I googled around and found the following freddie mac & fannie mae are investor of mortgages, if you got a loan from a bank then they likely borrowed it from some investors, (http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/investi ... properties.html)
and apparently they have these help centers and this number is their scheduling center. They didn't ask for $ and they had access to my info so I setup an appointment. Everything seems legit I was even able to confirm online that the help centers were fannie mae.
For those people who want the calls to stop, i suggest some logic and call and tell them your not interested as there are enough people on here saying the same thing.- Caller: Realtime
