Call at 3p.m. EST with a 2.5 minute voicemail of coughing and background noise.  

All I heard when I listened to the message was heavy breathing and phones ringing in the background.

Have received several calls from this number.

Please reject call.. When you answer they do not respond  just heavy breathing

Very suspicious.  They call to confirm personal information and when you ask for why they're calling and explain you are uncomfortable giving personal info without knowing the other party or reason for call, they just hang up.   Called me twice in 2 days, and very very suspicious/unprofessional.
