I didnt answer and they didnt leave a message...

they called yesterday and today, I asked who they were and the guy said A.R.T Account Recievable Technology...collection agency. I told himhe had the wrong number and since he gave me the name of the company I would file a complaint if they kept calling...we'll see what happens.

Thanks WTF! I called them back and they don't give a name now. But thanks to you I know who they are and I plan to make the calls stop.

Just got a call on my cell, no message left, but if they are some debt collector, they definitely have the wrong #!  And I thought cell phones couldn't be called by telemarketers or anyone making a "cold call" to begin with.

caller id said Toll Free.. I dont answer Toll Free IDs.  Left a message saying to call back at 888.541.6842.  Said it was to take care of urgent matter.  Unless it is a family death, illness, or my house is being burned or broken into, it isnt an urgent matter

This absolutely must be a scam.  I've only lived in the US for 4 days, got a cell phone 2 days ago, and they started calling today.  Saying they are some dept collector.  First they ask if the last 4 of my Social Security Number is XXXX.  I say "no".  They ask about a street address that was wrong and I hung up.  Must be trying to give wrong info so we try and correct them.  Definitely identity theft.

This number keeps calling my husbands cell phone and doesn't leave a message, when I try to call it back it just keeps me on hold.  We don't even list his cell phone number on any of our personal bills or anything, they all have mine.  Must be random dialing/phishing..

look them up under 1 800 392 4029 see how terrible they are file complaint with the ftc and your local attorney general
