Been getting calls to my cell from this number for about 2 weeks now several times a day.  They never leave a message but it is getting annoying.  I haven't called them back, don't really want to.  Just hoping that they will give up and stop calling my phone!

I have recieved this call two days in a row and have not answered.  They don't leave a message.  I have heard about people stealing phone numbers, and I really wish they would stop calling.  I too have looked up the number to find that it is listed as a number to cruise lines, hotlines, etc.  It's ridiculous.

This number has been calling me for 2 or 3 weeks, every other day two or three times a day at first, now getting to calling every day once or twice.  I tried calling back, but all I get is the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" recording.  My number is on the 'do not call' registry, so this is getting ridiculous.

Grr! It's getting on my nerves! Don't bother trying to "press 2 to be removed", that's just like opening a spam email and clicking the "unsubscribe" link. All that does is let them know it's a valid email address so they can sell it to other spammers.
I honestly think they are using an automated system that generates digits in hopes that they get actual phone numbers; they didn't buy a list anywhere.

So just don't answer it. It will only get worse if you do. I don't see how reporting helps either since it's obviously a dummy phone number. Wish I knew what to actually do.

They call me every morning between 9:30 and 10:30- and, apparently, the "press 2 to be removed from our call list" didn't work.

I have gotten calls from this number on my cell phone every day for a week now.  Hubby tells me to answer it but I just let it ring.  They don't leave a message.

888-555-4321 keeps calling, I pressed the button to be removed from their list, I am on the do not call list so am unsure as to why they keep annoying me.  

btw; the do not call list does not apply to charitable organizations, ie; 501c3 organizations.

These people have been harassing me with this goddamn call several times a day about a health care insurance plan. I pressed 1 each time and told the person to put me on the do not call list for their company and they dont listen!!!!!! Today I cursed the f**ck out of this woman who had some nerve to say that they do not have to disclose the real # of their company and hung up when I demanded a number to reach them at since the # is invalid when you call them back. She said her supervisors name is Anthony Martin and their office is in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I'm also registered on the National Do Not Call List. I am waiting for them to call 1 more damn time so I can pretend to be interested in their program and get more info. I would kick these  [***] ass if I could. get your telephone provider to call, on your behalf. Its documented then.

OMG TEA, This is the exact nameee and location of the telemarketing call I got from the woman today. Thank you so much for this link which is another step to getting these [***]!!!! Now how do I go about suing them?

The parent company is "iJak Insurance" - you'll see numbers and names above for their top contacts.  I've tried to get in touch numerous times with Jonathan Silverstein , who is the CEO.  I've yet to do so.  I suggest everyone who continues to get this call post his name, etc. on boards like this, and officially file a BBB (of southeast florida) complaint.  This is based on their fraud in representing themselves to the public - see, e.g., their commitment to ethical guidelines and good business practices, which is outlined on the BBB website.  Also see the bottom paragraph from their "about us" page on their website (www.ijakinsurancegroup.com).  To me this is flat out misrepresentation and fraud.

I've asked several times to be removed, they don't seem to care at all.

Goes to an answering machine.  They are calling a GOVERNMENT phone once a day (right now).  currently a Health care program.  Using two different numbers. the onthe is 888-555-4444.  Message is garbled.

left their stupid computerized message on my machine. was prieviously 1-888-555-4444. i am on the fed and state do not call lists and reported them, cant wait to sue.

Yes!!!  Can they stop, please?  This number calls every 30 to 40 mints and has crammed our phone line and voicemail.  It has become such a hazard.  Family member needed help (in school) and they could not call home - Our phone was always busy!!!!!

Received a call from this number today, at which point it promptly hung up on me.  I am on the Do Not Call list, and therefore this company is violating that since other posters have said that this is a telemarketer.

I've received 2 more calls in the past couple of weeks. I called Care One Healh Insurance & found out I am on their call list- asked to be removed & they 'promised' to remove me while we were speaking. Then I get a call today & connected with a live person (whom stated 'Thank you for calling Care One'. I told her they called me). I informed her that I'ved tried numerous times (automated, website, live person) to be removed from their list. She stated she would take care of it. Yeah right. I've reported the company to the Do Not Call Registry. It doesn't seem to work.
