i have recieved a call at 2:57am from them as well.you can report them.i reported them by a government number.i want everyone to know that  is NOT careone.THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY CALLS.i don't know who this is but when i find out i will let you all know.i should know more  in a week or to.

3;15 am.- called the number and got the "number cannot be completed...." message.
checked here and called the website number- received an apology and assurance that I would be removed from their list.....we will see....

I received a call at 2:45 am on 6/25/08.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message on my answering machine.  I tried calling this morning and got a fast busy signal.

They called me at 2:23 a.m. - I didn't answer seeing it was an 888 number - but it was unnerving to get any call at that hour of the night; I'll attempt to file a complaint

I got a call from this number at 2:56 a.m. It was a recorded message about lowering my interest rate.  How do I block this number?

Who are you going to complain to?  The same thing happen to me at 1:30am, but the cell company basically said they don't care and told me there's no way to block the calls, and the land line companies say there's nothing they can do...so what now?????  Yes I know, the do not call list...I'm already on there and it doesn't make any difference.  No one is monitoring or overseeing the situation so where's the enforcement????  Just another frustation of life that I guess I've got to live with.

Received an automated call from this number at 2:00 a.m. this morning.  Obviously calls at that time are frightening!  The perky little voice said "Hi this is Susie from Loan Choice"  blah blah blah.  "If you are interested in learning more press 1."  I pressed 1 (only to give them a piece of what mind I had left at 2:00 a.m.) but it cut me off after that.  We've received calls from them before at various times and told them not to call again.  Next time I'm putting my phone on the hood of my car and blasting the horn (once I get a live person).  Maybe they'll get the hint then!

I got the call at 2:28 am last night from this number. a&&holes.

I too received a call from this number at 3AM, telling me how I can reduce my mortgage rate.  If anyone knows how to block or report these offensive calls, please let us know.

I received a call from this number at 2:30 am EST 888-555-4321.  After hearing a recorded voice I hung up.

Received a call from this number at 2:27AM on June 25,2008. Call was hard to understand but they were soliciting for a home loan or home owners insurance. I can handle telemarketing but not at 2:27AM

Ok these callers are violating the law by calling you late at night. You can do one of three things: 1 is nothing and they keep calling; 2 is use all your abilities to find out who they are and sue the crap outta them; or 3 is turn off your phone when you dont want to be bothered. Decide what solution is best for you and do it. Dont expect your govt to do anything for you except take more taxes and let the oil companies rape you with gas prices. Self-reliance is the key nowdays!!!

The calls wont stop unless you take action. SUE them! Learn the law, do what needs to be done and take em all to Small Claims court. The govt is NOT gonna help you. Find attys at naca.net.

How do they get your cell numbers? They buy them. Everything about you is for sale on the Internet. Dont believe me? Google your own name and see how many companies are selling info about you.

They call repeatedly.  It's annoying.
