Has it ever occurred to Capitol one or any other bill collector that the one your looking for is deceased or changed the number a long time ago? of course not they just call the number they have to bother someone anyone at all,i got a call from them today no one on the other end this is a new number for me since i changed it due to telemarketing calls i got,so i blocked this number now,i can block 60 numbers,because i am willing to pay to have extra numbers i can lock

So i can confirm not capital one. Friend got a call for me from this number so i call it back. They claim to be a lawyer calling to collect on a loan that was unpaind, when inquirer ng details they refused so was very very suspicious. Claimed they will sue me if i didnt pay what was owed. Informed i would make no payments since they would not provide me information on where this loan came from for me to follow up on directly to confirm its existance.
