I just received a call from this company on my cell phone.  They just left a message. The person claims I am being investigated for fraud.  First of all, NEVER had a payday loan...and second of all, about 4 years ago I had this very same thing happen to me.  I was working for an attorney at the time who gave them HELL!  They kept calling me at work and he threw every law in the book at them over the phone!  We told them that if I owed them money, to send me copies of my file and then I would pay it.  We told them to send it to my attorney and we gave them the address.  They NEVER sent it.  It is a MAJOR scam.  They try to get your account information to get your money!  A real collection agency (which I have also worked for) will not treat you this way.  They still have to obey the law...This man does not scare me.

i have gotten threatening emails & phone calls ....only this guy says his name is Joe Casper from Capitol Collections agency......has threatened to arrest me, take me to court, threatened to call all my family and friends that he can find numbers on....and this is constant ...every day i get at least 4 voice mails...so does my husband.  i am going through a debt settlement company...and they are trying to figure out what debt they are really trying to collect from....and they can't get any straight answers from them either

i work for the top lawyers in the US..i don't think he's a lawyer..its a collections agency that's all it is..i have a friend who worked for an agency..you call the persons home and figure out a payment plan..you don't call them a [***] and say your going to ruin me and my life.

i spoke to a debt consolidator he cannot do that...get a debt consolidator to help your and the consolidation company will deal with them..you pay the consolidation and you do not have to deal with these people again..they do.

take the debt consolidation way out...some call from "another country"
and threaten to ruin your life if you don't give them your credit card. immediately...you give no body your credit card number.   i mean nonone.

garnishing is not permitted anymore. they cannot hurt you..all they are suppose to do is work on the payment plan whether itsh 200 a month or 50 dollars a month...no threats on ruining your life..the only thing i recommend is changing your checking account number...they can get money from there..go to your bank and get a new number...

my lawyers said there just a bunch of collectors harassing people...the way to settle a debt if you need help is debt consolidation. i told her my story and she said...you will not be arrested, as of today i will deal with them! just small monthly payment to the consolidation co. and that's it.

paul martinez called me a [***] and threatened to ruin me and get me fired. this i feel is just a 3rd party collection agency with a bunch of dirtbags who sit in 1 room threatening people....if you need help debt consolidation is the best way....you make a small monthly payment and that's it...they will handle paul martinez...i filed a complaint to the better business bureau and other companies..you do the same.

i have a friend who use to be a collector...she said you just and figure a payment plan whether its $50 a month or $200 a month..whatever they can do...but you don't threaten their lives....and say your having them arrested..no paul martinez and this company should be shut down..

call a debt consolidation company and they will deal with capital collections...you pay whatever you can...and the harrassment stops..
