Caller said.....umm yeah hi, I'm Deborah Carter I'm calling to change your payment method with your student loans due to recent changes. Please call me back at 1-888-602-9246 and then gave a refference number. I'm in good standing with my student loans and receive amonthly electronic statement and billing. After this call I looked and again my account stated good standing.

I received the same vm msg from Deborah Carter with the exact same reference number.  I also am in good standing with my student loans.

Received the same call from Deborah Carter, referencing my student loan changes (there haven't been any) and that my reference number was 98331.

Received a call with no caller ID and left message and the call came in as 1-323-406-6302 from Deborah Carter asking me to call about about my payment options for changes on your student loans.  Wanted me to call back 1-888-602-9246 reference number 98331, seems to be everyone's reference number.  I wonder what else they are scamming people for too beside the student loans crap!  So tried of this!

I got this same message today! I am in good standing with my student loans and nothing has changed with my situation. Is it a scam?

I received the same thing.  Caller ID came up unknown with the same reference number.  I think if it were legitimate she would have mentioned the name of the company and not be so vague.

Exact same message and number. I’m in good standing, as long as good standing means I’ll pay them until I die.

Same and same.  At this point I’m pretty sure anyone who calls and mentions student loans is a scam.  I never get calls from the loaners themselves.

Showed up as a peivate number today. She didn't leave a name on mine. I'm in a program for student loans and everything is going OK as is my payment methods.  I'm going for a 100% scam. So not gonna call back

I received the exact same call with the beginning as others are saying “umm yeah.” I googled the phone number and came across this. I called the number they gave and it’s person in another country and I was suppose to give my social security number. I asked for the company name to see if it is legit and she said “Trust Arrow.” So I googled Trust Arrow and the number listed on the site is not the same so I called them to let them know that someone is trying to scam people using their name. She said hey wouldn’t have called to solicit and that’s not their number. Do not trust them! If you receive a call from a Deborah Carter with that phone number, call the actual Trust Arrow company and let them know. They are a business and have a right to know about a scam.

I also got same call, same ref #, same name, glad I didn’t answer

Got a ref # 93881 or something like that, same # as reported by others. Am in school so I don’t have to pay right now.

I received the same message as everyone else. Debra Carter cal back 888-602-9246 ref# 98331.  Same reference number, not very original are they?  My student loans are also in good standing.  I know if there were any changes too it the lender would have sent me a secure message.

I just got the same phone call w the same reference number. Imagine that! I called them back & asked how many people have fallen for their scam lol. Dude tried to assure me its not a scam but I said Look man, I have student loans so clearly I have enough education to know a scam when I hear it. He hung up on me.

SAME THING. This is eerie. But showed up as unknown when calling, maybe a way to avoid spam? But then left a number?
