Got the initial call from (323)406-6302. Told me to call the 888 number back with the same reference number y'all mentioned. I don't have any loans anymore. Prior to getting the voice mail, I missed a call from Belgium, and two unknown callers. The phone didn't ring for the 323 number. I just suddenly had a VM. IPhone 8 carrier t-mobile

Just got the same phone call as mentioned above, with the same reference number.  I saw that it was an unknown number, rang once and went to voicemail.  Phone number she called from was 323-406-6302. I called that number and it was a recording, answer following question press 1 if your student debt is over 10,000 or press 2 if your student debt is under 10,000.  When I pressed 2, it said all representatives were busy.  When I pressed 1, I ended up talking to a rude lady named Gloria, she did not have any weird accent or anything.   Said she was from trust arrow, and it was in Miami Florida and I found this site. https://trustarrow.com/about-us/     Not sure if it is a scam or what.  She asked rudely if I needed help with my student loans and so I said no and hung up.

Okay, so I called the 888-602-9246 and you get the same message as you do when you call the 323 number.  So I went to the trust arrow website and tried to call the 855-252-0290 and it is not a valid number.  The website was made by a web building company based in Jalandhar city

Definitely a scam. When you call the only way to get through is "if you have more than $10,000 in student loans". I called back and told them that I have no student loans, so they hung up, then called again and told them that I found online that others are receiving the same message with the same reference number, and I was told that they have me on their list so just stop calling. Now every time I call they hang up before I can even talk to anyone or it goes to their voicemail.

I got a call from this same number too. I started talking to a lady there who seemingly had a different voice than the voice mail. I asked if she was Debra Carter and she said yes! The voices were very different and the reference number was the same. Why would we all have the same reference number!? Then she started to try and gather information; email, phone number & THEN social security number. That is when i drew the line. I asked her why she could not pull up my information with just the reference number. She said is was for there security. BALONEY! I told her that i was not going to give here any more information that my phone number & e-mail. Since i did give her those two pieces of information, I am adding extra security to my phone & e-mail accounts. Beware and safe. I am glad to tell you all my experience.
