All of these posts are so familiar!  These Northern Leasing people are totally rude and arrogant , as well as being thieves. They call early in the morning. One even stated that they will file suit against me in New York because that's where the "agreement" was signed. I said that was funny............I've never been to New York........how could I have signed anything there? They threatened to ruin my perfect credit score. I told him my banker knows better.
I think they should get a real job like the rest of us that they are preying on.

we have had our accounts frozen and believe me you don't want to go there.. many crooked attorney's working with northern leasing... don't use one named barrett  in new york.. he is in the pocket of the people harrassing you..promised to get the judgement lifted if i sent him $1000 , after telling what it took to lift the judgement he then decides all he can do is negotiate a settlement for me.. i could do that myself.. he straight up lied to me.. get everything in writing from anyone you deal with.. go to the attorney general of your state..  the last three pages of their contract has been ruled as never being legal.. hard battle to fight even with an attorney..go to the tv stations, newspapers whoever will give you a few minutes... northern leasing doing many hundred of millions of dollars per year and have many shadow companies...also go to ftc.. there is a law if you tell them not to call and you are on the do not call list you can sue them and get $1000 from them on the spot..keep a record of all phone calls you get from them , then get paid for it... hit them in their pocket book if possible.

Received a call from this number (888.607.3607) this morning concerning credit card transaction machine my spouse had signed up for. After multiple unauthorized withdrawals she attempted to cancel, but was told there is a $488 "cancellation fee," even tho she was within her 30-day "free trial" window. The local agent was called and told to straighten it out - seeing as she appears to be in league with the company, not much hope there. We shut that bank account down and requested instructions for returning the machine, but they wanted cash, not cheap equipment. Earlier, while the caller was on the line, I had my spouse call the bank and have her bank account frozen, and just in time. Mere minutes after the freeze was placed, this company attempted to draft the $488 (without authorization). That bank account was closed, and a new one opened, only to have the company "follow" her to the new account and immediately begin drafting again. Now it seems Seth (the caller today) has taken up the mantle.

Just had a screaming match with this company to stop calling.  They screwed up our credit card account royally so I sent a letter back in January telling them what they did and that we would return the equiptment and cancel their services.  They have chosen to ignore my repeated requests and they don't care about what they did...they just want their 30 bucks a month.  Loser of a company, never sign up with them, not professional, will screw you over and then KEEP CALLING FOR THEIR THIRTY BUCKS!!!!!!

Northern Leasing leases equipment represented as "state of the art" that do not work.  
They illegally removed money from a corporate trust account, for which they had NO right to do.
When equipment was legally returned and the accounts were changed, they started to call 5 times a day.
They were informed, that they had to talk to our lawyer and contact information was given.
They have continually refused to contact our lawyer and have continued to phone and harass.
Their contracts violate several Provincial and Federal Laws and Statutes and are Illegal!!  
If they had made their calls from Canada, they could be arrested, as their continued calls are criminal harassment. This has been going on since last Oct!!
If you are looking up this number. it is probably to late, for you to use caution when dealing with them.
Do Not give them any MORE of your personal Information. They like to go on "Phishing" trips.

This number keeps calling our doctor's office wanting to talk to owner and he never answers the phone why should he he pays us to take care of business. They won't talk to anybody and they say the company name is Lease Finance Group its all about credit card machine and they are a big scam.

Same story as everyone else. Can't get them to stop calling. Now they are being rude to my help. The equipment was not as they said it would be and their so called technical dept. could not help me make it work right on the phone. They sent more and it would not even come on. That's when I sent it all back. Had to close business checking and open new account with all the hassle that goes with that.

This phone number repeatedly calls my phone.  I never answer, but occasionally the caller leaves a message to call "regarding my credit card leasing number" .  I never call back because, of course, I don't have a "credit card leasing number" !!!  This is apparently some kind of scam.

Just wondering have any of you that have posted stayed in sunset beach CA?  at the travelodge?  I never had any problems from these companies until I did

It sure is!  My guess is it is 1 of 15 companies.  Carefully look at your checking acct each mo.  Be aware of MFB, SKS assoc, Golden Eagle Leasing or Northern Leasing to name just a few of the SNAKE leasing co out of New York.  We have never signed a lease with Northern Leasing yet each mo they try to extort money from us.  Hope it is not happening to you.

I am a small business owner in Idaho.  I have been scammed by Northern Leasing (NL) thru Future Payment Technologies (FPT), Dallas, TX.  The low lifers at FPT either gave or probably sold all my personal & bank information to NL.  I had no idea when I signed a 2 yr agreement with FPT using the free Crescent Processing equipment that I would be dealing with these parasites.  The daily harassing calls at home and store from 888-607-3607 or a 9999 number.  To protect ourselves we filed complaints with the local sheriff, the BBB of Idaho & NY, the Attorney Generals of Idaho & NY, the FBI, IC3 Division and the Federal Trade Commission.  Anyone interested in joining a Class Action lawsuit

Northern Leasing's actions are nothing short of criminal, and if our justice system is worth half a damn, people in this company will be going to jail before it's all said and done.  Don't believe a word they tell you, and expect anyone you talk to at Northern Leasing to be well trained/prepared in dealing with the upset customers they've defrauded.  These guys are crooks and pathological liars.

I just got a letter from sussman demanding 4,586.70!!! Help I had their machine thru Ipayment systems for 2 months when I realized they were debiting money from my account for a lease of the machine contract I never signed!! They sent me the paper work and it's not my signature or initials?! In fact I'd never seen that document contract before it was too late!! Help!!!!

not only the calls but the lies and scare tactics. This company is very demonic i still cant believe we have to deal with this for those of us who work hard and they just come along and lie, cheat, and forge to get money from innocent people. This needs to be stopped once and for all. They whipped out my account now i have a lawyer after them but would love to get a class action against them and shut them down. anyone with any information for me wouldbe greatly appreciatted.

Just got a call at work from 888-607-3607.  Although they didn't leave a name or number, 800 Notes once again saves the day.

How to respond to Northern Leasing System Lawsuit. You do not have to file an answer in person in Newyork city civil court.First here is the clerk of court phone number to the Newyork city civil court.1-646-386-5600 Ray Turner. You can go to the New york city civil court website and get a written answer for money only form. write on the top of the form I request a phone confernce and put your phone number. On this form do not put source of income. Do not ask for a counterclaim. Your goal is not to have to appear in New york court. This form must be notoarize and a copy sent to Northern Leasing. You can later sent a addition to your answer spelling out in detail what happen between you and Northern Leasing. Northern Leasing has over 60,000.00 pending law suit trying to get default judgement. Northern Leasing do not want you to answer the complaint. They are filing over 300.00 suit a day. Also contact the attorny General office of NewYork
