Ur right i worked there off newport in menifee u dont have to pay they tell us to lie in a at is not against the law we used fack names and tell you to call the legal office witch is same room we r all in and we use a magic jack to make it look like we are from different state when we are all in the same room don't pay them i know they talked about changing the scriped as they called it but when i worked there it was hi I'm calling about a legal matter and how we will call the sheriff if you didn't call the  legal office hope this helped

I have read some of theses complaints regarding debt collection practices.The bottom line is that a lot of the complaints on this blog are from people that actually owe on a debt, and complain when they are called on that debt and are forced to pay on it.Its obvious to me that if the debtor would have paid on the original debt they would not receive calls from a collection agency more importantly if the collection agency did not employ aggressive tactics you the debtor still would not pay on your debt.The reality of it is that as long as there are debtors that fail to pay the amount that they owe there a need for collection agencies.

Ah yes, the old "blame the victim" game.
