- James Phillips replies to Receptionist9called me repeatedly, told him I am a small business and very busy, so get on with it, after 25 minutes of "ATT&T will still send your bill , but they've asked us to contact you". I hung up and saw later attempts to get me to pick up, F them
- RE AssistantGot a phone call from this number to the office phone. I answered and all I heard was bizarre laughing in my ear. Truly strange and troubling.

- TX GalA male caller wanting to speak to the person who handles our phone account. I asked him what company he is with and he blurted out something I couldn't understand. I told him that we only speak to our true AT&T rep and hung up on him.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- BoomerI answered my business line the way I always do and there was an immediate hangup.
To keep them from doing it again I use Mr. Number, a free app for my smartphone. It will hang up on any incoming calls from this number from now on and not count against my billing minutes as the call never gets through to me. This is one of the best free apps anywhere. - BondGirlThey called one of my bail bond lines trying to be slick. The guy was decent on the phone but once I explained that the line he was calling about didn't make outgoing calls at all, let alone long distance, he (politely) hustled off the phone. I immediately called Verizon and asked to have "Verizon Long Distance Block" added to my account. It's basically a service record that disallows any changes to my long distance service without specific authorization from me. You still should not ever give out your personal or account information to anyone who calls YOU.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- HATE SCAMMERSasked for the person who handles our century link account. I asked if he was from century link, he answered "this is regarding a reduction to your century link account". I again asked, are you from century link? he said "I answered that question". I said no, you did not. you just keep saying this is regarding our century link account, ARE YOU FROM CENTURY LINK???? he said, " well you are obviously not interested in reducing your bills. goodbye, have a nice day". JERK!!! never would say yes to being from century link - obvious scammer.

- San Diego OfficeSome guy with a strong hillbilly accent calls asking to speak with someone who handles our AT&T account. When I tell him we do not have an AT&T account he says thank you and hangs up. This is clearly SPAM as a legit AT&T rep would already know which businesses have active accounts with them!
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Gwen B.I called AT&T and told tghem about this company -- they do nothing about it -- so they phoned tonite and I ANSWERED "POLICE DEPT. HOW CAN I HELP YOU" -- needless to say they hung up and hopefully they take my phone number off their list but i doubt it too many moving parts for these idiots.

- OfficeCaller, Bryan, from "AT&T" wanted to speak to the person who makes decisions in our telephone services. I placed him on hold while I researched the caller id telephone number (888) 627-9399 and as a few notes say, this is a scam. I left him on hold until he hanged-up.

- LillyI have received several calls from this number. They have all told me they could lower my long distance billing with Century Link. I asked if they were with Century Link. "No, we are Nationwide Long Distance." I tell them I will deal with Century Link only to change any service and please take my number off their calling list. Still, I get calls. Now I pick up the phone, don't say anything, and when they say "Hello," I hang up. It is So aggravating to get telemarketers calls!!

Said I had come up on their long distance report as using very little long distance and that they had a package offer for me that would save me money.
