Told me they were from Century Link and would lower my long distance charges.

They call us repeatedly to speak to the person in charge of our AT&T account. When asked if they are with AT&T, they either side step the question, change the subject, or outright lie and claim they are. They have been told repeatedly to no call back. I told him no less than fifteen times on today's call to not call here and he just argued and continued to push his sales agenda, almost bordering with insulting me. I asked if he was hard headed or just a dumb ass, he replied "a combination of both". Finally hung up on him.

Wanted to speak to the communication officer of the volunteer organization I belong to. Hung up on him.

Another disease.

Some guy called asking to speak with whoever handles the AT&T account.  Come on dude, speak clearly and loose the ghetto talk if you're going to try to do a business transaction.  This guy sounded like he either had a mouth full of marbles or his tongue was way too big for his mouth.  He could barely form a sentence set alone pronounce a two syllable word.

I just told him we didn't have an AT&T land line and he went away all confused.

How many complaints does it take to cut service off from these dead beats!

Same deal....Asking who is in charge of the AT&T account. I said you are not with AT&T and I am not interested and then I hang up.

This bottom feeder has called twice a day for TWO weeks. Some guy called asking to speak with whoever handles the phone account. Represented himself as AT&T, giving us a new rate on long distance. Told him we have cell phones a long distance is free on our cell. Thanked me & hung up.
