Got the message from Holly today, The meeting is in Seveierville, TN, I am from East TN and know that this is a timeshare meeting and you will walk away with a prize but it will be a trip for 2. The trip is not an all expense paid vacation, but a voucher for three days and two nights at a sister timeshare resort usually to Gatlinburg/Piegion Forge TN, Orlando FL, or Las Vegas NV. They give prizes away because they do not cost the timeshare companies any money. The Navigator will be given away but it is a rigged drawing and the Navigator, the $2,500.00 dollars, and the 32" TVs are given to friends and relitives of the timeshare company's employee's.

This appears to be a scam of some sort.  I also received a pre-recorded call from a 'Holly' indicating that I had won a Linclon Navigator.  The recording went on to say that I filled out an 'entry form' for this prize sometime in the last 12 months.  I did not fill out any sort of prize/drawing form.  

My recommendation is to file these harassing calls to the FCC.  Particularly if you are listed on the 'Do Not Call' List.  I should also mention that this type of pre-recorded call is also considered a violation of FCC rules even if you are not on the Do Not Call List.

Maybe we could all call the toll free number 100 times a day(put it on speed dial) and get their lines tied up.  You know, just when you have the time.

I told "Holly" UPFRONT-  I'd be happy to come to their award center, I'd like air tickets to S.Floridda for me and my friend; my wife is divorcing me.  She said I was ineligible. They haven't called back!

Received a call/answered after one ring and got a hangup.  Now I know what to do if Holly calls

I used to work for a place that did this. The recording is sent out to answering machines only. When you call back, you get routed to a call center. Most likely Julie does not exist.

It's basically a scam to get you to sit through a timeshare presentation. Then you can collect airline tickets or some prize afterward. Not sure how high pressure the timeshare pitch is, but I hear those people can be ruthless.

It was all perfectly legal, allegedly. They do actually award 1 person a vehicle for a prize, but there was never any drawing that people entered. Not sure how they get phone numbers.

Needless to say I only worked there for 2 days. People were FURIOUS that they were lead to believe they won something. I don't blame them.

Ron R. nothing about this is illegal, just maybe unethical. Since they leave you a voice mail and you call back, it's technically not phone soliciting because you are the one doing the calling.

Sneaky loophole.

Same story. I did not recognize the number and did not answer but listened to the message and guess what ? It was Holly calling from an awards center claiming I had won  Lincoln Navigator. SCAM!

They were mean to me.  I cried, and they wouldn't tell me if they like corn.   I don't like them.  I make bad smell on them.

Same as others, Holly saying I won some car from a mall entry.  Very funny, cause I haven't filled anything out in a mall with my cell #.

As soon as I answered & said hello, they hung up.  So far they've only called once...

Received a call, but wasn't able to answer, the left a message, so I called them back.  Supposedly I entered a drawing online at some point for something, and I am supposedly guaranteed one of their top 4 prizes whatever those are.

Got a phone call from this number. I called back and spoke with someone who said I had won one of four prizes (same four as mentioned in most of the blogs here). Guaranteed that I would walk away with one of the prizes, blah blah blah. I needed to attend a ceremony at their award center in Mansfield MA. I asked them to send me an email about it but they refused. It all felt a bit fishy so I googled the number, glad I did too! These people should be reported.

I also got a call on my cell phone from this number.  No one on the other end.  I call back and some one picked up the phone and hang up on me.  No Holly there or no real person to talk to.

May 18: Same call, same Holly, got hung up on.

Just got a call from holly, can't wait to be rolling down the road in my new navigator. Gee what color did you guys get?

second call, when answering they hang up.  called back to ask them to stop calling and they always transfer you to someone else.

has anyone found a way to block these calls by using the do not call for cell phones?  they got my cell phone and i'm concerned it will be sent to others as well.  would love to know how they got it.......
