no ,no scam here, I am a working mom and I am sorry if you feel wronged in anyway by the reverse mortgage I wrote for your parents, I do know who you are, and I recall your parents did not want you to have access to their home after their passing. Please note that reverse mortgages are done all over the country, and alot of unhappiness from them comes from the  adult  children not getting their hands on the MONEY< the parents recieved for their home before death. You obviously have some issues, and I welcome you to call me direct to discuss them and perhaps hear both sides of the story. You also are obviously not getting all of the facts in the california case , if you did you would no that the case was won on appeal, which only happens in 1 and 3000, so the justice system corrected itself. Please beaware of the fact that you can not undo what you put on the internet, so when you do get all of the facts, please return to this site and update the rest of the people that read this and believe whole heartedly.

I happen to come across  these postings on Stephen and Michelle while looking into the parents of a girl that by the sounds of it is  following in the footsteps of her parents. I'm am disgusted that they have been able to do what they have and live in the comfort that they appear to have by the hard work and trust of others. I'm in the middle of a manipulating little girl who is trying to do exactly what her parents seem to have gotten away with. I hope they are proud of what they have passed down. Let it be known they do not have a clue what I am capable of and by the actions of "m" they will pay a price if it is the last word I get. We were ripped off by this guy Stephen Cuccia too for $250,000.00 we tried to go after him but did not have any luck.  I would love any other information you could give me on this guy so maybe we can have some justice.  He moved up to Washington and was charged again for fraud in July 2007.  This guy didn't waste any time.  He got out after serving 7 years or something like that and then moved to another state and did it again.  Does anyone have any other information and/or know where this guy is.  How about the prosecutor that charged him?  Maybe I can call them.

We were actually told that you approached our booth and bad mouthed our business to a employee, again, not sure if you are educated at all, I was told you actually looked like a meth head, but aside from that , you are not owed anything and you should be ashamed that you are degrading the kind father you once had in bad mouthing us and our business.
