I also had this show up on my bank statement.  It is for a Google Pro Kit which you initially pay $3.88 shipping and handeling.  You are given 7 day trial membership with an emailed login and password in which you have to cancel or continue membership.  After 7 days you are charge MONTHLY $72.21.  I never received an email nor did I ever receive my Kit in the mail(shipping and handeling fee).  Therefore I was charged money for items I never received........What a scam!!.....Don't do this Google Pro Kit work at home stuff.

I went through the same thing. I was called to get a kit free, but $3.88 would be billed to my debit, which was 5 days later. They instructed an e-mail with instructions that evening and to look for it they next day. No email showed up nor has it. I called the telephone number on my bank statement for this transaction (I can get instant access to my account on line) and waited for 10 minutes on hold. Finally got an operator and told her of the promise I had be given by the boiler room India person and cancelled any future dealings with this company. I received a cancellation number and will watch my accounts in the future. They said they sent and email to me and have shipped the free program.

The same thing happened to me only I did get a call from Google-Pro. I was ask a lot of questions about my employment and what I would like to be doing in a few years financially that is. When I ask the person on the other end about the free starter kit that I had not received nor have I yet they said I should be getting it any day. I have kissed the $3.88 good-by. Don't bother wasting your time on that junk.

I too had someone call me about a Google Pro Kit, He asked me to check a website - which have haven't had a chance to. I asked about any up front charge which he said no except for a processing fee of $3.88. Today I looked at my bank statement & there is also a charge of $72.21 for the kit which by the way I have not received. I called the number & spoke with 'Adam' who did cancel the membership but could not help me get the $72.21 back in my acct.  He did however, give me any address to send a written request to. It is a follows:  Google

I had a charge as well posted to my account!  I did look at the website, started filling out info, got a bad feeling and exited the site.  I never put in my 3 digit security # !  Apparantly that is not necessary!  I actually even forgot about visiting the site until I saw the charges!  I never got a ProKit, or a phone call.  I am P.O'ed!  My husband is laid off....I don't have the $$ for this kind of s***.

I do suggest everyone to fill a complaint form at BBB(Better Business Bureau) and to contact the local Seattle Washington news sites problem solvers. So we need to be hand in hand grap these people and throw them into custody. Please help me and help yourself in doing so. WE NEED to get our money back.

I have to disagree with you all... I started with the GooglePro a couple months ago to make some extra money. It did frustrate me at first like all of you are, and I thought that maybe it was fake. (so many things are now-a-days) but then I got a personal coach and they are working with me one on one. I have invested a lot in this, I'm hopeful and I think its a smart decision I made. Its only frustrating because you don't read the terms and conditions... but just for future advice, everything has terms and conditions! and if you put your personal information in the computer MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING. That why you know what your getting into.

    Hey Jack,
Same thing happened to me.  Only got the disk and then was charged the $72.21.  I immediately call my bank and cancelled my credit card.  Did you call your lawyer and find out anything that we can do to put this company out of business and stop this scam?  Any information would help.

Most credit card companies give you ninety day to do a charge back and dispute the charges from the date it happened. They encourage you to try you to try and work it out with the merchant first before you exercise your rights. Have you done that? I wouldn't wait too long though, because you only have ninety days. You've already lost allot of time on one of the charges.
