They are sending out unwanted first aid kit and when you return it they state that they have not received it and continue to bother you on the phone to pay for the kit which runs over $300.00. They will argue and not let you talk and tell you that you are an uneducated, rude and malicious person and short of calling  you a thief. They will also treathen to turn you in to the credit burea for non payment. They will call all day every hour on the hour to try and get information out of you by saying that the day/night manager has authorized the purchase but all they need is a check no.

Has anyone contacted the better business bureau? NSS told one of my employees that it was mandatory to purchase these products. The employee believed he was talking to a Government agency. Either way the employee is not authorized to commit to any purchases. The caller led him to believe these product stemmed from a county health department class he just attended. I left a message on thier answering machine to call me back within 24 hours or I'll call the Better Business Bureau. I instructed my employee to box up the material and put in storage until further instruction. There is no address on the invoice.

I need help also.  I have had problems with them twice.  The first time they sent our business new "federal compliance" posters of which my manager thought I had ordered and put them on the wall.  They cost $199. I instructed them on the phone to never, ever call our business again.   Now they have shipped our business a 4 in 1 safety compliance kit without an invoice.  I received the invoice later of which it was for $399.  I contacted them today and said I would like the first aid kit picked up and returned.  I was not interested and would not pay $399 for that kit.  They informed me they do not have that service but would sell the kit to me for $199.  Still not interested, they informed me I would need to pay a 25% restocking fee.  I was told, if I did not send it back immediately, accounts receivable would be collecting the whole $399.  I asked if they belonged to the BBB and they said no but thought it would be a good idea.  I informed the lady I understood why they did not belong.

I am having the same problem - a telemarketer contacted one of our deli's and convinced our manager that we were not in compliance with the law if we did not order the first aid kit. I called to return the merchandise - only to be told we we needed to pay a restocking fee in advance. I refused and then shipped everything to the address on the invoice. - But it was refused.  I also googled the address - they are not listed as one of the business associated with the address. The Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints about Natianal Safety Supplies and their fraudulent practices and has given a rating of D-.  We have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

I as well received the safety compliance kit, and also returned it only to have it refused and sent back to me.  I have yet to receive an invoice, but when and if I do, will NOT pay it.  I did not agree to accept a shipment, as a matter of fact, when the guy said that the call was monitored/recorded I made a point to ask if it was mandatory, he replied yes.  I then stated that I would have my Corporate office contact them in which he wondered why.  I asked for contact info, he could not give me anything...then hung up on me saying that I was rude.  The next week I get this package.  What do we do from here?  Anyone?

Today Mrs. Miguelina Lizardi called to my office identifying herself as a National Safety and Security employee.  While she was speaking,I can hear more people speaking, just like  acall center.  Lizardi was offering me some posters, first aid kit, Minimum Salary Regulation poster, Department of Labor normatives and new OSHA rules 2009-2010.  She was asking for $379.00.
The posters are given for free at the DOL. Do not accept any type of material from this people.
She gave me the phone 1-888-662-0555 x.225.

This company is a bunch of scam artists. They called our company while I was away on vacation and made it appear to our manager that we were out of compliance with OSHA regulations and needed to purchase the 4-1 kit or risk being shut down by the state. I checked with our Dept of Agriculture inspector and he assured me we did not need this kit in order to run a restaurant, and that it was a scam. I tried talking to a rep from National Safety Supplies and got nowhere with them. They have 1 agenda: make you pay $75 to receive an authorization number to return the kit or pay the $399 no compromise. Now I started getting the collection calls from them. I turned the situation over to the Attorney General's Office of PA and they said it would not help me because they felt it was between 2 businesses and they only will protect individuals from companies and that I should retain a private attorney! Well, who the HE@# protects us the businesspeople from these scams? So at this point we need to band together and fight this company through the media and possibly a class action suit. E-mail me at GeakersTacos.com with your suggestions.

We received a call from 888-662-0555, the lady said she was a representative from OSHA & that by laws we wee required to post poster & have on hand a first aid kit. We then received the kit & when I called you have to leave a message & someone will call back. I was told today 12/21/09 that they won't have UPS pick up, we will have to pay shipping cost & also a 20% restocking fee of 79.00. I have not received an invoice yet. There is no address on any documents. I have reported this to the local FBI office in Dallas & I'm in the process of reporting this to the BBB too.  I really hope that these people will be caught & be punished very hard for what they are doing to business throughout the USA.

requested approval to send package with billing to come later.  Confirmed order later the next day but underplayed the cost and didn't speak to owner, just a manager to get approval for shipping of product.  Implied this was from OSHA.  Now they want $20 for return shipping.
