    Tired of scams!!!!

Someone from this office called and talked to one of my employees about being compliant with OSHAA and have the correct first aid kit. They sent it to us and I refused the shipment because I knew what it was. $419, you have to be kidding me. I followed with email to them and reported them to the attorney generals office and consumer affairs in New Jersey. Who are these people?

GOT EM!!  I fell victim to this scam as well about two or three months ago. And yes, just like everybody else stated, they'll call everyday on the hour to try and collect payment.  And its always the same person that calls you back.  After extensive research into the matter, and hearing and reading about endless gripes, groans and frustration, I'd finally had enough.  The lady had been calling for about two months straight. . Every, single day.  Finally I actually took her call, she informed me that she was inquiring about payment, past due for a NSS OSHA First aid Kit.  Which I did have shipped to me (I was looking at it while on the phone lol.)  Now for the good part.  I informed her that it was brought to my attention that it was a scam, and that I'm actually not authorized to make any payment until further consultation from my attorney (definately did NOT have an attorney) I also informed her that I realized that they were running a scam, (politely, sorta ;-) and that I was aware that they were ALREADY under investigation by the FTC.  "I've already filed numerous complaints with the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) and Im not authorized to return your payment, or your box, until I recieve further legal council." -End quote.  Upon hearing this, the girl (who was a seventeen year old high school girl who's myspace I looked up to see who was harassing me) politely informed with her threat of collection agencys, and credit blemishes blah, f*cking Blah. . . Wait for it, wait for it. . . .BOOM! Five minutes later she calls me back with this, " Ok John, I've got you authorized for a return the address is as follows." The End.  Long story short, she spoke to her "supervisor" piece of sh*t.  And NOBODY wants to be threatened with paperwork.   Good Luck you guys.  -Wamagement

It takes a little work, but after getting the same scam job from them, we got it taken care of. Called FTC, NJ Business advocacy group, and the BBB. Documented all this info, and called to return the kit. Hung up on, which prompted above action. Advised by BBB to return the kit - which I did to the only address that I had which was on their invoice. Sent it certified mail and a few days later it came back to me marked refused. In the meantime, the BBB had contacted them about the issue which they ignored. The BBB's second attempt caused them to reply that they "never" received a call from us to authorize a return which was BS, and that they zeroed out our account and removed us from their database. I still have the kit (not that I wanted it when I realized what was happening) and I owe them nothing. I actually still have not opened the box from them and I have it intact with the resusal to accept the return that they wrote on it. I find it no less than a blessing that they "removed us from their database." Is that supposed to be a punishment? LOL - who cares, I own them nothing and still have their $419.00 kit completely legally and legitimately. Not sure I'll ever even open it though. Just in case this comes back up somehow in the future.

    Hey Brian,

I too am ready to go after these crooks. Not only do they scam safety supplies they also do register tapes. We have received a package from the same folks marketed as National Retail Supply. Fortunately  for us  we do everything by p.o. they are of course not on our list of approved vendors. I have read page after page of their attempts to scam people. I will do everything I can to make sure these guys get put out of business. I am collecting all the info I can find on these guys I have a file opened already with the FTC any information you wish to share would be greatly appreciated. I have also contacted The state Attorney Generals office of PA & WA. I would love to join you in putting these guys out of business.  I HATE THIEVES!

They got my company too and have been very rude through the whole process of me trying to ship them back the package. They wouldn't give me any return address until I told them I was in fear of losing my job if they didn't let me ship it back without a fee or whatever they were wanting. I also told them I would contact a lawyer and the BBB. I explained what they are doing is a scam and we will not fall for it. The woman was very rude and explained why it's not a scam. Whatever. I shipped the package much to their dismay with USPS and hopefully I don't get it back.
For anyone needing the return address for your package this is what they gave me,
    1 UPS Way Suite A11BQ
    Champlain, NY 12910
I hope this is helpful and that these terrible people leave all of us alone.

Hi all. I work in Consumer Protection at a State AG office. I'd suggest you all contact your Attorney General Office and file a formal complaint. They will likely back off once this has been done.

Best of luck, and like everyone else says, don't send any money whatsoever.

I also got a phone call from 1.888.662.0555. They called me in Spanish! I speak Spanish. They told me that our company needed this kit. They made it sound as if we needed it to be in compliance with Osha. I think that very soon this company is going to go out of business. I still have the kit... unopened. I have read (as above) that they refuse to take the kit back. So, I am willing to give it back when they want to take it. It was probably made in China for less than $10 dollars. I have a company, and we charge a restocking fee of only 10%. My view is that restocking fee of a kit that is worth $10 dollars is only $1 dollar. But my time is worth more than $20 dollars an hour. So, for the time I have been on the phone, they actually owe me close to $20 dollars.
They call me once a month. They just told me that since I don't want to pay, that they are going to cancel my account. And I only need to pay $95 dollars for the cancellation fee!
Since they are just telemarketers, I keep asking them if they get a commission for this. Some times I tell them that is not good to work for a company like this. They (the telemarketers) probably don't even get paid.
I asked them if they have a website. They said that they are working in one. I don't think they have one. Surely they will go out of business and go to jail. I you have bought something from them you need to sue them to get your money back. This is just a SCAM.

    7. Tell them that you use to be a telemarketer for the same company, and that you already now is a scam, and actually made some couple hundred dollars harassing people they same way
    8. Tell them that you are the owner of the company (NSS) and that he or she is fired for calling you
    9. Tell them that they just called a house with a Crime Scene Investigation and that they are part of the investigation now!!! Ask for their names. Their current Status in USA. Their SSN. ETC
    10. Or just tell them like me that I was watching the World Cup - Sudafrica vs. Uruguay (3-0 final score) and just hang up.
