I would like to know who this is also.  I did call back but the auto answer kept saying I wasn't responding.  I have now blocked the #.

They left amessage stating a complaint has been made against my husband. And that court documents will be filed. If I have any info on their whereabouts to contact this number. Huge scam. It's a guys voice,but when says my husband's name its a recording.

I received a call this morning stating a complaint has been made against me and that court documents will be filed. If I have any info on their wehereabouts to contact this number. I hit 1 and it will keep saying that you have not responded.  It is a scam. It's a guy's voice. The person calling sounds as if they are placing something over their mouth to disguise their voice. It is all a recording.  I filed a complaint with www.fcc.gov and let them know about this phone number.  I tried to trace the phone number and nothing comes up with this phone number on reverse phone lookup.

Just received a call from this number looking for someone I have never heard of. Was a gentleman's voice but the person's name he claims to be looking for was recorded.  Sounds like some kind of a scam. I have blocked the number!

Recorded male voice saying that a formal complaint had been filed against [blank].  Where the name would be heard was silence.  I assume this is a scam, but they forgot to tell me who their complaint is against.  I searched the internet for an entity called "CFS Collections" but found none.  But I did find a link explaining how common this type of call is.

I received a call from this number saying the same as above. "A complaint has been filed against me and if I don't respond paperwork will be filed at the local court house." Everything is the same as the other calls. A gentleman's voice but a recording or my name. I do not owe anyone other that what I currently pay for. These calls are ridiculous and nothing but a scam.

I get calls like this occasionally. I just say go ahead I'll see you in court and put them on call block. Nothing happens, no mail is received, no cops coming to my house!

Got the same message as everyone else.  I called back got a person they said they were CFS I asked what that stood for and she hung up.

Same message as everyone here: an automated call trying to find the whereabouts of someone else without a way of getting them to stop. As advised by Sharon, I'd advise everyone receiving these calls, provided that they're illegitimate, to file a complaint with the FCC at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/

Ditto to everything above.   Received a call from this number saying the same as above. Received a call also appreciate the information:  experience the same problem. Reported them also 888 665 1417 Scam, first of all anyone who is filing anything with the courts call they would say this message is from.......than say our complete name with company name and contact number. Am a police officer its a scam that could cause someone jail time if caught.

Huge scam! Don't pick up or call back. I never heard about them or have an existing account/debt with them. The same message was left and an automated voice recording of my name. Protect yourself and info!

Recording stating they are calling about a complaint against someone we have never heard of.  It's a total scam.  They use 2 different computer voices and never identify their company.  A legitimate legal complaint would not be handled in this way.  I love my call block button!

I ignored this call as it was from a number I didn't recognize.  They did not leave a voicemail.
