They keep calling saying I owe a debt. I told them to send me a bill. They still call every day.

A woman that spoke poor English tried to get my husband to verify his address and asked some questions he wasn't comfortable with answering.  Then a man got on the phone, told my husband that he didn't need his permission to scam people and hung up on him. My husband blocked the number.

Just tell ANY supposed collector that if they have info on you like the debt and enough to go after your pay or bank account then they have your mail address - send me an itemized bill in the mail with a payment address. They wont as they are phone scammers and using USPS is mail fraud plus most are outside the US and a post mark would indicate it. Give them the CC number of 5454-6438-[***]-YOU

A guy with an Indian accent asked me to verify my address and the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I would not verify either he would not tell me who he was calling from Beyond the point of saying he was a debt collector.

They are calling me non stop at work!  Nation wide recovery systems

Very sketchy. I have like 6. Missed  calls from this number so I called it back. I have been on hold for assistance. I'm going to block this number something else ws,weird because also missed phone call. Te,as are and it was the same plan e. I've  hung up,ttwicce but when I hit the button to call it immediately looped. Back to being on hold as if I had never hung up on it ar all. Why is thar?  Has that ever bappened to anyone else

That person posted here over a year ago, so I doubt they will suddenly come back to answer your question.  A question that was already answered since there are 14 posts before your post.  I might also add that post is barely readable.

Same exact thing just happened to me

Called twice at 6am. Didn’t leave a message.

Lady with India accent answered and I told her I knew they were scanners and if they weren't then they needed to send something in the mail. She then tried to convince me she wasn't a scammer and I hung up. I already blocked one of their other numbers. Everytime they call they want info and insist that we pay by phone and won't send official documents by mail. They are frauds.
