I to have been getting these calls everyday for over a week now. Never heard of Vista Print. The phone rings and nobody is there. Getting tired of it quick!

I am getting these calls.  I found this board from googling 888-682-0313.  I read about website pros here so I went to their website.  On the contact us form, there is a link to e-mail them.  So I sent an e-mail to their company with the following message:

Here is the response I got back:

I am a vistaprint customer as well, I called vistaprint and told them - what scum they are for doing this, and they should look on the web at all the people they are doing this to.  Had them remove my number and got the email to the person in charge of this rip-off  slewis@vistaprint.com  give them your info

1-888-682-0313 keeps calling me everyday, leave no message.  I have called them and OPTED OUT of the call me list. By all the posts this is very annoying to others as well. The business I am associated with uses them as a business partner for our business cards.  I will inform them of all the calls as well.

I got a call from WebSitePros. They got my cell phone number from Vistaprint. Vistaprint violated their privacy policy by selling my number to their affiliate/partner/whoever. WebSitePros violated the DoNotCall List by calling while I'm on the DNC list. I've filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission FTC.gov and DoNotCall.gov.

I received calls from this number, and I ordered some business cards from vista print a while back.
It's really annoying, since they called my cell number, they never leave message, and if you pick up the phone, they just hang up.

I receive a call from this number every day at least once a day, sometimes more. The phone number is 888-851-4621.

They call me every day; twice today.  I have set my cell phone to block the number.  I also called them back, and was told 'this is website pros; to opt out of phone calls, press 1; did that, then... leave a message with name and number to remove, did that, then ... hope it works.
You guys/gals that are getting the $14.95 monthly charge; did you take the 'survey' and get the 'immediate $10 discount' after you ordered from Vista Print?

Same old story... Vista print customer... I've called 4 times now and followed the instructions to "opt out" If I answer the call, they don't say anything.
I wish I knew about this site before I had ordered from Vista Print. This kind of thing has happened to my mom before. All she could do to make them stop was change her phone number and get a new bank account.
It's crazy that businesses get away with this crap!

Calls from that number come in several times a day. I called to opt out but, they still call!

just got my first callfrom this number, I answered and nobody said anything thats why i looked it up. i am alson a member of vista print so no doubt its them. hopefully they wont call back.

These sleazeballs called me because I set up a merchant account for Discover, Visa, MC.  Have called every day for a month, I've left messages to take me out of their database- ALL IGNORED.  Yesterday, my partner asnswered the phone, they wanted to speak to me, told my partner they were calling about my Merchant Account and was proprietary information, would not speak with him.  When I called them back they tried to sell me "free" web services which aren't free at all, under the guise of calling about my merchant account.  
This is the sleaziest outfit you will ever deal with.  11 times they have promised to take me out of their database.  If you are being harrassed call a supervisor named Chastity at 509-321-1677 (their direct number.  She almost seemed like she was concerned about their sleazy reputation and claimed to have manually taken me out of the database.  Most direputable fim I have ever encountered.

So I am a very unhappy Vista Print customer. I did what one person said to do and called the 1-800 number. I said that I wanted to be taken off their affiliate list. A woman named Dubisha placed me on hold and after about a minute came back and told me it was taken care of. I got her employee number and told her that I had also place a complaint with the FCC. I refused to give her my e-mail address since I had just changed it.

We will see if this works. Everyone should try it. Just make sure that you state you want to be taken off the affiliate list. I also went into my Vista Print account online and changed all my information like phone number and address to Vista Print's phone number and address. They can get the calls from their affiliates. Do this first so when you call they only get the message to take you off the affiliate list. They only need your number to do that.

I have long since stopped answering calls that do not identify themselves. I am suppose to be on the "Do Not Call List", for what it is worth. These people seem to have a nasty habit of calling when I am in the middle of doing something and it is anoying.  Thanks, Randy
