- BeccaI am also a VistaPrint customer. On one of the voice mails they were talking and "playing" in the background!! When I spoke with them directly and made my frustration VERY clear, he pretended that he had dialed the wrong number!!

- READ THIS FIRST ABOUT 1-888-682-0313| 2 repliesFirst off, YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW- If you have ordered something, or have any business relationship with a company, that company and their partners and affiliates can call you and solicit services, while you are a customer AND 18 months after, regardless of your Do Not Call status. Also, if they are calling, and you were to remove your ears from your ass you would hear a very good deal, BUT most people just have a [***] pre-conception of phone solicitations. It's really too bad that you can't stop to listen but you can stop your day, surf the net and read this entire blog. I find that ironic. So the next time they call, listen and picture your son, grandson, daughter, granddaughter mother, grandmother, father, father in law, or some other relative trying to make a living by helping business owners succeed online. Do any of you know how to get a website on the first page for 59.00??? I am sure that you don’t
- Dick replies to READ THIS FIRST ABOUT 1-888-682-0313To the "You all should know" nazi...You should know that even if you are a customer and have either requested literature or placed an order from this company, they have a privacy policy that is in effect. Being placed on the Do Not Call register means that you will not get new solicitations from companies. If you are an existing Vista Print customer and they in turn sell your number and contact information to other companies who use it for selling your personal information, that is violating thier own policy. When you call the number back, the pre-recorded message even says that they got the information from vista print, yahoo, intuit and other websites. I dont care about your son or family member trying to make a quick buck. Tell them to go to the gas station and get a job working the register. Stop calling my phone and stop trying to make money off of me when I do not want to buy anything from any of these companies!
F-you very much! - ARI have received at least 5 calls from this number. On Saturday, they called me 3 times in under 4 hours. They never leave a message. I picked up one time and said "hello" three times but no one answered. I have taken several steps that I wanted to share with others. Hopefully this information helps:
1. You can call them back at 1-888-682-0313 and press option 1. Leave a message with your name and phone number and ask that they remove you from their calling list. (Unfortunately, this has not helped me so far, but it's worth a try.)
2. If you are not already on the National Do Not Call List, you can register for free at the following link: https://www.donotcall.gov/register/Reg.aspx
If the number they're calling IS already on the Do Not Call List and has been for 31 days, you can file a complaint at:
https://www.donotcall.gov/Complain/ComplainCheck.aspx
3. According to their website, http://www.websitepros.com/, their main office is located in Florida. So I also filed a complaint with Florida's Attorney General. Not sure if this will do any good, but it only takes a minute. You can do it online here:
http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact ... Economic_Crimes
4. You can also file a complaint with the FCC here:
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html
There are 190 complaints against this company that are listed at this website: http://whocalled.us/lookup/8886820313
According to many of the complaints, their number was provided to Website Pros by either Vistaprint or Discover Merchant Network. I have never ordered anything from Vistaprint, but did recently open a Discover merchant account. Website Pros' recorded message even states that they partner with Vista Print and Discover. So I would also recommend contacting whichever company you have recently done business with and ask that they remove you from their mailing/calling lists. I called Discover Merchant Network at 1-800-347-2000 and they placed a telemarketing "flag" on my account to prevent them from sharing my number with telemarketers.
Hopefully if enough people complain, maybe something will get done about this.- Caller: Website Pros

- AR replies to tfdjktytyIf you signed up for Authorize.net, then you probably also signed up for Discover Merchant Network. It was through Discover that Website Pros got my information. I'm not saying it WASN'T Authorize.net, but they told me they don't share information with anyone. Of course, at this point, I don't believe hardly anything I hear. You can call Discover Merchant Network at 1-800-347-2000 and ask that they stop sharing information with telemarketers. The rep I spoke with actually took a report about the abusive, harassing practices at Website Pros and promised to send it to a supervisor. She gave me her information so I can follow up. We'll see....
- AR replies to MorganJust wanted to say thanks for that information! I really hope people will be motivated to use the information they learn from this website. This is the most outrageous thing I've ever seen.
- AR replies to READ THIS FIRST ABOUT 1-888-682-0313If they had a legitimate service, they wouldn't need to call to solicit you. They could advertise like everyone else and people would decide for themselves, on their own time, whether it was a good deal or not. Also, Discover begins selling your information before you ever even sign an agreement with them. I have fully gone over the terms that I agreed to by signing up for a merchant account, and nowhere does it state they will share my information with others.
- Jeniah JonesI receive a call from this number everyday on my cell phone.
- ARAfter 4 days of these non-stop phone calls, speaking to someone on the phone from the FCC, and actually having a police officer from the Orlando Police Department come to my house and take a "harassing phone calls" report, I decided to just change my phone number because it didn't seem there was anything anyone was willing to do to enforce the law. The police said they could arrest them if it was a person, but not if it's a business. So yesterday I changed my phone number. But here's something somewhat encouraging. I just got off the phone with Discover Merchant Network after closing my account, because this whole experience depleted my trust with their company and I decided I just couldn't do business with someone who would be affiliated with these people. However, the person I spoke to said they would escalate my complaint against Website Pros to a supervisor, and she said she had just spoken to someone else with the same problem, and they are currently investigating the issue. She said it may be an issue with one particular call center of theirs, and they must keep logs of how often they call people. When I offered to refer her to this webpage, she said she already knew about it! This makes me feel like all of this effort may actually pay off. Who knows? If you find this site, PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY!! Report them to anyone who you can, and maybe with enough complaints, someone will listen!

- GunnarI keep getting calls from this number too but i never pick up since i don't recognize it. I'm pretty sure it's from VistaPrint though, they must have given my number out. I recommend staying away from VistaPrint, they may give "free" business cards but at the expense of giving out your email and phone number to other companies and using your credit card to sign you up and charge you for all kinds of crap that you have to cancel out of. They even tried to charge my card 14.95 anyway for something that I already cancelled.
- idocthis call is for website reserch , try to
get you pay $100 per month for top reserch on google
useless - Vista Sucks - So Does Website BlosVista Print strikes again. I actually had bought cards from them -- what a mistake. Biggest scam artists in the business (and that is the ONLY type of artists they are). I hope they get gonorrhea.

- MattGot the call too. I just ordered from Vista Print. Very annoying and dissappointed they sold my number. I'm on the don't call list too.
- IrishGot first call today - Looking to cut them off early.
- HenryThank-you all for information on VistaPrint's aggressive marketing campaign. Three months after I placed an order with them, I began receiving phone calls. My number is on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. While it is true that they are permitted to continue to call for up to 18 months after your last contact with them, they must stop if you ask them to.
By the way, calling the toll-free number records your phone number and could be considered a new 'contact' with them. I suggest you contact VistaPrint in writing. Once they receive a written request to remove your number from their solicitations, they must stop according to the FTC. Request in writing that they terminate your business relationship with you and advise them of your status on the Do-Not-Call Registry.
I tried to email them, but they told me they no longer accept customer service requests by email. I visited their website, but they would not let me view their website without enabling my cookies. So, after some digging, here is VistaPrint's address and fax number:

- Randal Robledo replies to MollyI just had it out with one of the phone operators at this 888-584-2217, it is a company called Business Max. She told me that I signed up for it by clicking on a banner. Never have I clicked on a banner, inadvertently or not in all of the internet's days. I was billed $14.95 and was about to receive another bill, when I called demanding a refund. She cancelled my "subscription" and said in two business days my card would receive a refund. I used to like Vista Print, but now they are on my crap list too.
- website pro owned by www.corporate.com| 1 replyWebsite pro is owned by the Corporation Company.
got a call from website pros asking if I had incorporated a business with The Corporation Company. How on earth would Website pros know if I had started a business!!! So I called the Corporation Company (www.corporate.com) and they told me that Website pros was part of their company and that since I started a business with them website pros then had my phone number! All this after I go through incorporation to keep some of my personal info private!!I asked to be put on a do not call list and I hope that's the end of it but from now on I'll steer clear of The Corporation Company.- Caller: Website Pros
