I have a bill here from Medical Diag and Img Group Phoenix for 34.89 with a P.O. box in Las Vegas Nevada. Phone number 855-613 5393. Web site ezmedinfo/mdig. It has my Dr.'s name and Ins. on it. Looks pretty convincing, but there are mistakes, facility name where services were provided, close but not right. Ins ID number was also incorrect. Odd that the statement date was also my birthday.

I questioned it from the moment I looked at it since I've already paid my provider, which also took care of my deductible, and it didn't come from my provider. Why would a big hospital group with it's own billing dept use a different company out of Vegas?

Glad I looked into it.

I just got a call from 855-410-3202 identifying itself as ezmedinfo. It says I still owe money for the treatment i received at an emergency room in Dec last year. I paid my portion of responsibility through my insurance's website, so I thought it was strange. I also received invoices too.  Aha, I'm glad I googled and found out it is a scam! But I wonder where they get all these information from: insurance company or medical facilities... It worries me.

I received an invoice from some company  in Las, Vegas, NV about medical services that got in Phoenix, AZ and I been trying to contact this company at 855-381-1357 all morning and can not get through to a real person.
Also, I tried many times to pay on line from the website address on this invoice which is www.ezmedinfo.com/mdig  and this did not work either.  I am beginning to think this is a scam

I got a bill from a UAB account too which was fully paid under my insurance! So scary thanks for posting I'm so glad I looked this up before putting in any information!

I received a phone call 4-27-15 stating that I owe 15.30.

I have tried to call 1-855-8446, and I get a message that I may be turned over to a collection agency.  I know I owe this amount. I was waiting for a bill showing this.

I keep calling this number but nobody answered.  I will be sending that amount 5-3-15.  Account #5665.

I am just sick of scammers...I tried to pay this bill, but was directed to website.

Received a letter yesterday that said i received electrocardiogram report at UAB in alabama.  The "Amount due" is printed and circled in red... it looks like a scam.  I also called their 1-844-852-2286 and it kept me pressing buttons.  It said my account number "was incorrect".  After 5 minutes, and lots of "press 1 to get itemized statement" or press this for that.  i hung up...

I received calls from these numbers also, saying that I owed $28.00.I checked my account and it showed nothing owed.

They call themselves Radiology Associates and the current phone number is 1-866-807-6167.  We have received no printed bill and have been told no amount. They said this would be their last attempt to reach us before turning us in to a bill collector.I don't intend to waste my time calling the above but would rather spend my time calling the atty general. If anyone knows whom else to contact, I'd be interested. People who scam the elderly should be shot on the courthouse steps. They gave the same web site on their recording as above (EZmedinfo.com).

Guys, this is legit. It is a billing service which your medical provider, hospital, lab, etc uses. It accepts payments for services. The code at the end of the ezmed.com/whatever takes you to your account portal. The recording gives you your account number, which if you check, matches an account number for one of your medical providers.

1-844-279-5005  caller stated that a bill was owed by a person who is dead they called my # 708-687-9645 directed me to callback..then directed me to a website ezmedinfo.com to pay an outstanding bill ..didn't do that of course..stated they were Physicians Billing...sounds like a scam to me !

My dad got the same voice message from the same number (855-410-3202) yesterday afternoon. They said he could either call them or log onto their website, ezmedinfo.com, to pay his outstanding medical bills (he doesn't have any outstanding medical bills ). SCAM!

I got a call from 1-844-467-6266 asking me to call them pack for past payment or log into www.ezmedinfo/sleh.

Received a bill for a mammogram, I knew it was wrong as I've never paid for mammograms and they were saying my insurance did not pay it.  I called my insurance and they paid it 100% and told me the bill was paid 6 months ago.  My insurance told me to disregard the bill.  I then got a phone call from 855-592-5264 which was all automated telling me to make payment.  I tried to call back but you can't get a live person just the same thing to submit money.  I asked them to text me the info, the text number it came from was 317-708-6873 which when I tried to call said invalid number.  This is the biggest scam as far am I'm concerned.  I blocked the number and have no intentions of submitting any payment to the scammers.  I'm horrified that they can get your account information and try and demand money from you, I guess they always hope someone will pay them. Not me!

Received a letter from ezmed. Went online. Gave them my email address before I realized it was a scam. Their phone number is 855 871 1518

Got a call from EZmedinfo about a bill from a surgery I had 4 weeks earlier. The surgery was on work comp and all Drs knew it was work comp! Called the billing number 888-599-4133 got an automated message saying for me to pay my bill when I didn't give the information it hung up! they didn't want traced two weeks later I get a paper bill from the same group so I call back. After 20 min of the automated call trying to get me to pay I got a lady from the Carmel Indiana area or so she said. Claiming they had no idea it was work comp! when I tried to get them to hang on the line they hung up!

I to find it kind of fishy since I received a final notice from ezmedinfo.com/rico. I called my insurance and the amount I owe on this bill is what I owe. I never got nothing else in the mail regarding this before. I paid the bill and got a another one just like the one I just paid today in the mail. Very Strange. I wish these insurance companies would let you know what you owe before you get these strange bills from some company that you never heard of before.
Damn if I am going to wait on a collection agency. No way! I don't deal with them. When I get a bill I pay it off.

They now call from 844-493-0968, they left a message but didn't say for who and directed me to that website. I owe nobody any money for medical "imaging". Could be a scam and are getting their hands on doctors records to contact people. I've been under an orthopedic doctor for well over 10 years.
