Delaware Solutions is the name of the company. They are trying to collect on a debt that was discharged in bankruptcy over 5 years ago. Total scam.

A free no charge attorney? Why don't you tell me that Paul McCartney had been killed in a car crash in London, January 1967.

We have run across these criminals before.  BBB page with an F rating and 43 complaints, they have their address in Delaware, but we believe them to be in New York:  http://www.bbb.org/delaware/business-reviews/ ... ton-de-92001566

Bizapedia lists them in New York at an address for a Harvey Seigel Attorney, there are also several other attorneys listed at that address which looks to be a residence according to Google street view:  http://www.bizapedia.com/ny/DELAWARE-SOLUTIONS-LLC.html

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

This company is relentless.  Everytime I block a number that I know is them, they switch their number.  I made the mistake of answering a local number once, and then that number called me twice a day for a month.

Search for the BBB for Delaware solutions, and check out the complaints against them.  They use the same resolution for every complaint, or they don't respond at all.  43 complaints so far.

I just posted a complaint on the BBB website.  Hopefully it will stop their calls.

a phone message was left on cell phone after the second attempt to call me. It was Brenda to go over details of my new security purchase and to call her back. She need not wait on me to call. I had read the reviews to know it was a scam.
