We received the same kind of call asking and telling the same information that you posted did anything come up of yours?

I'm thinking it's likely SCAM/SPAM??!!
I just got the SAME WORDED message. When she talks about reaching you at your VERIFIED place of employment- funny, I don't have a "PLACE" that I work at! I'm Retired! Also, there is Nothing that I have goin on that would relate this!! These people- What a WASTE!!

got a call, same thing. Here is the voicemail verbatim-    “Hi this is Kevin, calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for David Keller. The reference case number is ******, again it’s ******. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation if they are unable to reach you at home. They will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further actions from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 888-732-5918. Again, it’s 888-732-5918. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of leverage being made to notify you.”

I just got the exact same message, also without identifying who they represent.

They keep calling me and referencing a “complaint” against my mother who I am no contact with. I’m sure it’s a scam regardless and they got my info from been verified or something along those lines.

I just got a call today, from a local 304 number. It was a woman saying I needed to call 888-732-5918 and give them this case number for time sedatives sealed documents.  When I called the number it was answered by a Micheal Houston. He was bring up a bill from 12 years ago, spoke about documents I had signed makes me owe it no mater how long it was. It was for a large amount of money but wanted to give me a settlement amount cheaper than the original bill. I told him I needed to research things on my end and said I only have 48 hours to call back.

I received the same call from an area code I used to live in. Called the 888 number she supplied and the lady who answered knew my current address and last four of my social. She said they would be coming tomorrow to drop off some documents regarding a credit card I never had and does not appear on my credit report. When I asked what address the bills had been sent to, she said I would get all that information in discovery and that the case would be held in the county I live in (she knew which county). Sounded so legit! Let’s see if anyone comes tomorrow.

I got a call from Jane. He mention my sister in-law husband 🤷🏽‍♀️ and a complaint about him.
But in his message, she said the same thing he told everyone here. Scammers.

A Foreigner named Ali called from the number 704-386-2088 told me I had a complaint found against me. Gave me a phone number and a reference number to call. Phone number was 888-732-5918. They said they would send out documents right away and if they couldn't find me they would go to my place of employment.

Exact;y.  They demanded I call within 30 mins. or?  I asked what as I do not like to be threatened. I told them I could not call then and they hung up.

Yup, and I just go the same call .. I am pretty sure it is a scam.

Could barely understand

SCAM! Stop calling and trying to threaten coming to my work place. I got similar messages from different numbers, I think they are the same scam company.

You will need to contact the showing agent immediately 888-732-5918 again that is 888-732-5918... I am noticing this is a pattern so I will block and ignore

called here and said there is a legal matter. gave me claim number and wants my boss to call him because its his matter

i called them back they say its a legal matter, with a southern accent and bossy
