- j morganCalled left message to call back a # with not enough #'s in it
- BuzzRobotic call. CID shows only the number. Searching for a person whose name is totally incomprehensible. "We've left numerous messages. Return our call or have your authorized agent or attorney call us. Sounds like a debt collector.
- Sick and Tired| 3 repliesThese people just called me as well, stating the same robotic message. I called right back. They told me they were sending a final Summons and Complaint to my house tomorrow in connection to a payday loan from St. Armands. They couldn't give me any contact information for St. Armands but did give me a so called file number. Finally after I told them that I would be home to receive the summons and that I had plenty of other questions, she just hung up.
She was however able to tell me the name of my bank and that I had gone through a online payday loan cite. None the less, I ain't paying one darn dime....I have received at least 40 of these phone calls in the last year......sick and tired.....NO MORE!- Caller: Legal Outsource - Deleware

- MJG replies to TanyaShort answer---You are NOT warned if a summons is coming!! Phone calls are NOT considered official notification (no matter what the caller tells you).
It is a scare tactic. Demand something in writing that is mailed to you. Otherwise - ignore the caller., - LEGAL OUTSOURCE| 7 repliesFIRST ! *********************DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE A DIME
