    Keep getting calls from 888-739-5173 Michael Clark claiming a family member has a outstanding debt since 2013!
    The Family Member has never banked at the facility he’s referring to. I quit answering my phone! They block the call, but slipped up once and wouldn’t answer. We have your numbers buddy! Do Not Give Them Money! Hang up and call the financial institution!

    Not true i had to appear in court with there actions i thought this was something they were scamming me on but come to find out i had a court date i was served by a process server i attended the court hearing judgement was place against me now i have a court order to pay the full amount and they pull 25% out of my check so ill be more alert to things like this that come up again for me. I have learn my lesson

    Perhaps you didn't quite READ the ENTIRE conversation, so I can see where you might be confused by a single statement.

    Process Servers DO NOT call in advance of serving documents with the intentions of discussing them by asking you to call them back. Those who do are scammers.

    If you were served papers and went to Court, then what are you doing here? Just decided to look up a number for fun?...or did ya come to shill for the scammers?

    Great, you can tell us who the Plaintiff was, their address, and their attorney's name, address and BAR number. It is all right there on the papers you were served and is not personally identifiable information so there is no reason for you to try to talk your way out of it or to talk in circles like I expect you will.  Anyone who was sued in court and lost and now has to pay all that money and is getting 25% garnished from their wages will be really bitter over it and would gladly post that information for us.  Ball is in your court.
