Got a bad charge on my credit card from this company with the sibject "IP-MyBodyPhysique" for $89.31 plus an "Association Mark Up Fee" of $0.71. My Bank gave me 888-771-7028 as the customer service number for this company. I am on hold with them now. Will respond with more info once i have it.

I also have a charge on my account for $91.09 and I am also on hold waiting for Customer Service. Have you been able to get someone from customer service?

I did get an answer from customer service... it's a charge from an Acai berry diet product. I had ordered one of those free trials in which you pay only the shipping. I did get charged for another month of product, but Customer Service people were helpful and they canceled the re-ocurring order for me. Hope this info helps.

Yea. I got a charge for 89.31 too. I tried to do the free trial thing and never got it. I didn't authorize the charge, so my bank should be able to take care of it.  I hope

my bank has been charged for $89.13 for a subscription of Acai Berry that I cancelled. Everytime that I call the 1-888-771-7028 number I get a recording to call saying because of thr high volume of calls to call at 6pm -8pm mountain standard time. I feel like I have been taken. Something need to be done about this scam

I to got charged for this and I called the1-888-771-7028, I was on hold for 5 mins and talked to someone. They said to return it and get a tracking # for it (which means you got to pay for the shipping back, but better a few $ than $85!) and to call them back with the tracking @ and they would refund the credit card within 3-5 days. So I did all that, just waiting to see........listen learned! If it's too good to be true, it usually is....

And they did close the account which will prevent further re-occurence charges!

this company is completely scamming everyone who orders through them. The automatically send the next month w/ the "free" trial and charge you $89.31. The only way to get your money back is to pay for shipping the product back to them w/ a tracking #.

I hgot the same 89 dollars charge and I called the number an operator answered and told me, when I get the bottle of pils to send it back and call them with the tracking number and they will refund the money.

i had the same $89.31 charge show up and i just called 877-350-8480 and was on hold for a few minutes then spoke to alex and she told me that my account would be refunded in 7-14 days and my account with them was canceled!  so i will be checking for my refund.......

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH GETTING THROUNG TO THIS COMPANY, AND EVEN TRIED CALLING DURING HOURS OF 6PM-8PM, STILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS INVESTIAGING THE CHARGES, I ALSO HAVE A CHARGE FOR 29.95 FIT-FAC COM 1-8664-407-1022, I NEVER AUTHORIZE. THE ONLY THING I ORDER WAS ACAI BERRY SAMPLE FOR ON A$1.00 SHIPPING CHARGE. AND I HAVE ALL THESE OTHER CHARGE THAT WAS NEVER AUTHORIZE. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE INTERNET. IT IS SAD I NEVER THOUGH I WOULD GET  SCAM, THAT LET ME KNOW THAT NOBOBY IS EXEMPT FROM DISHONEST PEOPLE. i also got this unwanted charge of $89.31 after ordering a "free" sample of the acai berry with the shipping charge.  nothing has been received and i was wondering if anyone knew how to reach these thieves.

When I talked to them about the charges they said there was nothing they can do for me. I can't even return the bottle for a refund (even though I have not received it). The terms and conditions say that they do not accept returns and its my fault for not reading carefully enough. They were rude to me and they're scam artists. But apparently it's all my fault. When they called they should have left a message so you would at least know you needed to cancel your account.

Okay, here is the downlow.  On 11/24 I ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry product, only expecting to see a $3.95 charge for shipping.  I now have a charge from www.fit-fac.com for $29.95 (phone number 8664071022) as WELL as a charge from ip-mybodyphysique for $90.20 (phone number 8887717028).  I called both phone numbers to inquire about the charges.  I was informed that in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for my free trial offer, I was authorizing them to charge my account, unless canceling the subscription within seven days of receiving the product (which I received on 12/4) I would be charged the $29.95 for a membership to www.fit-fac.com.  After speaking with their *$%#!# customer service member, they have indicated that this would be canceled.  We'll see what they do on my next statement.  As far as the ip-mybodyphysique charge...the call was not so pleasant.  I ripped the customer service a new one.  They indicated to me that the $90.20 charge was for failure to cancel my "subscription" which was indicated in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of purchasing the free-trial product.  They should be canceling my "subscription" now.  I guess I learned my lesson after being deceitfully cheated out of $120+ of my money.  Let this be a lesson to us all.  I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EVER ORDER A PRODUCT LIKE THIS AND TO ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS - READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE CLICKING "AUTHORIZE" OR "PURCHASE"

I just got a refund and the promise of a cancellation for this scam.  I had to contact my bank and we were on the phone for 45 minutes.  After 2 dropped calls and a change of check cards, I should be ok for the cash.  I'll never trust anything advertised on any site.  I'm just surprised the tv personality did not tell the audience to get the product from a store and not the web. Once bitten, twice shy.

i RECIEVED A FREE TRIAL FOR 3.95 AND FOR TWO MONTHS i HAVE RECIEVED A DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR 89.13 i WANT THIS MONEY REFUNDED AND MY NAME TAKEN OFF THE LIST.

Ok lets get to the bottom FCC or FTC and file a complaint against this company.

Lastly,  if you can maybe we can just leave the 888 number running since they never pick up and bankrupt them this way.  They are low lifes seeking to profit on the backs of others.
