Thanks for your informative email. I have been charged for 2 months.  It is so frustrating to call with customer service that is so hard to understand. I am going to the bank today to cancel this credit card.  I will never again order a products like this.

Spread the word! These companies are FRAUDULENT!! I did get the Fit-Fac charges taken off my Visa. I called the Body Physique number. After the high volume recording, hold on. The call goes through after that. I could NOT get the charges reversed from this company. They say that the fine print that you agreed to when ordering the samples says that you have 7 days from recieving samples to cancel or they charge your account and send you more. The supervisor also told me that another bottle is already in the mail and I have been charged for that, as well. They are non-returnable.  It is very fraudulent and only out for the $89.31 they can scam off of you before you see it on your credit statements. The supervisor was VERY rude and didn't care. I asked to speak to the next level up and he said there was no one above him. I told him he was a very deceitful person scamming money from those who are looking anywhere they can to find help to loose weight. Shame on them!!

I guess I not the only one. I have been charged twise the 89.31. And I have talked to them once, they are VERY rude! They told me to send the package back and they will return $'s with in 24hrs....i am on hold now....wonder how long it's gonna take....

This is a big scam. Dr. Oz and oprah should have let everyone know that this was going to happen. Don't they check on these people before they recommend them. I will never order anything again on the internet. The person I called on 888 771 7028 was rude and disgusting.I cancelled my Visa card because when I called to have the charges removed they put me thru to this so called business and would not take the charges off.

I talked to one of their customer service reps just now. She told me they had a "No return no refund policy" It must really be causing them to go bankrupt. I told them to cancel any further mailings. I called my bank and filed a fraud claim. She had an accent so I didn't understand every thing she said. The number I called was 888-771-7028
She said my "account" was now closed.

I have had two charges added to my credit card that were not authorized from this company.  I tried to call their 1-888 number, and you get put on hold and no one ever answers.  I called my credit card company, and they advised cancelling my card, then the two charges would be refused.  This is a real scam.  You order a sample for the $3.95 shipping, and then you automatically get a bottle of the pills every month for a charge of $89.31.  So beware of this company.

What I would like to know is how did you get through to them via phone?  I have called six times with no results.  The bank will remove the charge but I have to call them every month to have this done.  I am appalled at the methods they use.  The COLOTOX that apparently triggered all this has responded and said they would remove those charges.  Never again.  An expensive lesson.  Now to learn to love my fat!

Additional info:  I searched my computer and found something called INTELIUS  that purports to provide addresses and other information about things such as mybodyphysique but again there are charges and they want you credit card # for either 99 cents or 4.99.  While I would love to get the address of these crooks I am reluctant to ever give out my credit card number ever again.  Has anyone used this resource to find out where these crooks reside?

I actually spoke to people 4 different times at this number. Each one saying they going to credit my account for the $89.31. I have 2 different "confirmation numbers". The last credit was guaranteed to be posted to my account by Jan. 12th. I am now on hold for 15 mins and counting for the 3rd day in a row. Sometimes they actually pick up the phone and speak really fast saying they have technical difficulties and hang up (as if they are a recording, too funny). I am heading to my bank tomorrow. I give up. Not sure I will order anything via internet any more.
