i also had a charge of $89.31, My bank has cancelled my credit card. I am also filing a dispute on the $3.95 as I never received the product.
My bank suggested opening a new bank account and use the account only for products ordered online, with your visa bank card. That was your main account won't be hassled. I am going to do that tomorrow.
I am also reporting the company to the BBB. Below is the  link.

I didn't receive the "products" but got a charge for $29 one day and five days later (today) there's a pending charge for $89.31.  I called my bank and cancelled my credit card account and am filing a fraudalent claim to get the charges reversed.  Please please do the same.  That's the last time I order anything on line.  Im calling the BBB in California and letting them know.  Be proactive and send this site to all your friends so that they can know NOT to get suckered into this stuff!!

I received a charge for $89.31. I called Bank of America and they temporarily refunded the amount until they can complete an investigation with the company. I have not been able to get through to the company yet. I will be reporting them to the BBB and I have cancelled my debit card!

i also ordered the free trial and i called within the 14 days and cancelled and i got charged 89.00 today.. im pissed.. i am on the phone now trying to get it refunded and if i dont get through im gonna flip..

I saw someone say that this is not a scam and to read the terms and conditions...It is a scam when you don't have a valid number to reach them at!!  I have tried NUMEROUS numbers to call to "cancel" my "membership" after seeing another website about this and none work!  I am now on the phone and have been on hold "due to the unusually high volume of calls" (shocking!) after getting the charge on my bank card (for $89.31!) where a number was displayed.  You better believe I have filed a IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov) complaint that investigates internet fraud.  I also was charged for the Acai Berry from Fit Factory and received a refund so hopefully (if I can reach someone) will have the same result.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I am so mad that this stupid company has charged me for $138 for a product I haven't recieved. I'm working on calling them right now to make sure they cancell my account. Don't fall for this if you see it on facebook. Nothing will be shipped to you and you will be charged a lot of money on to your visa!!!

This very same thing just happened to me!  I went to the bank today and cancelled my debit card!!!

I just called and spoke to some woman, I could not understand her name, and explained to her about the charge I received on my debit card.  She stated that I did not call within 14 days after my trial purchase to let them know that I wanted to cancel my account and that she could not credit my account because they have already shipped out a full bottle.  I explained to her that I just received my trial bottle 2 days ago so so how could my 14 days be up on Nov 18th when I just received the bottle?  She stated the 14 day trial began when I ordered the trial bottle.  I asked her how this could be when I did not have the trial bottle for 14 days and there was no invoice in the bag it came in.  I told her that I was going to report them to the BBB and my state's attorney general's office...She told me that it was my perogative!!!!  Well, we will see!!

Just spent 30 minutes on phone with "christine"  WOW...I was successful in getting a refund confirmation number that will be credited within 2 weeks!  You have to be very persistent!!! Ironically enough product did arrive today as well via USPS.

I was also charged 29.95 from "fit-fac"  I was also successful in getting a refund as well on that charge...we will see what next month brings!!!

I HAVE READ ABOUT ACAI BERRY IN HEALTH MAGAZINES AND HAVE SEEN A TV REPORT ON CNN. I ALSO THOUGHT I WOULD TRY IT BECAUSE THEY WERE OFFERING A 1.00 TRIAL. I DID NOT PICK UP ON THE TERMS AND ALSO INADVERTENTLY AGREED TO A MONTHY RENEWEL. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND DEMANDED A REFUND. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. WACHOVIA HAS TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME BUT I NEEDED TO WAIT 10 DAYS PLUS GET THE EMPLOYEE'S NAME AND EMPLOYMENT NUMBER THAT I SPOKE TO. IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY AND I DID NOT GET A LAST NAME NOR AN EMPLOYMENT NUMBER. LIKE YOUR WIFE, I SAW IT ON FACEBOOK. OUR STORIES ARE SIMILAR. I HOPE MINE HAS A POSITIVE ENDING.

IT IS SO SAD THAT YOU TRUST PEOPLE TO BE HONEST AND THEN YOU GET SCAMMED. IT IS SUCH A SHAME.

Just received a charge for 89.31 from 2Enhancemybody and did not purchase anything.  Also, was charged 29.95 from Fit Fac for something I did not buy.  Will cancel my debit card.

I was charged 89.31 for something I have never recieved.  This is a scam I just had to cancel my debit card, now I won't have a debit till this is cleared away.  I have also tried calling the 1-888 number and no one seems to be answering calls.  I'm furious I will get with the BBB.  This needs to stop soon.

I received several charges to my Visa. I did not receive the product for months and when I got it there isnt a way to cancel because they dont give you a number to call. This is a scam all the way. It's a shame that with the economy being as it is and Christmas around the corner that these parasites would do this to people. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I just got this charge and yelled at the woman on the phone - she told me that "she appologized that my full bottle hadn't been shipped yet but the $89.31 was not going to be reversed" - I said, "um, no ma'am - I know what you guys are up to, I've seen all the bad posts about your company online and i'm NOT paying this - I want my account canceled and the money refunded NOW!" just get a little angry with them...always does the trick - got my confirmation number.

his company offered a free trial of its product if you agreed to pay $3.95 USD shipping. I recieved my trial and also recieved a note saying I had to cancel within 14 days or they would ship me another bottle, I called immediately to be told I was too late and my Credit Card was already charged $89USD for the second bottle. I told them I don't want anymore and I want the charged reversed which they refused to do, After spending approx 2-3 hours on the phone with them and talking to 3 different people they agreed to give me a 1/2 refund, but still wouldn't process the entire claim. Customers need to be provided with ample time to cancel on an offer like this!

ok since november 18th ive been waiting for the refund... not lookin so hot.. i never received the product. i reported them to the police and the fraud dept at the police dept. I am so pissed off about this because now its xmas time.. if i have to go without shoppin cuz of 89.00 someone is gonna pay.. dearly..

Did you actually receive a refund. I got taken too. I am just sick. Has anyone received a refund from these losers.
