    I got in touch with those losers and told them that I reported them to the BBB, filed a fraud report with the police and contacted my financial institution and canceled my debit card. They gave me a confirmation number so I am hoping they refund my money like they said. I am not banking on it though.

    I Too got scammed!  I did the same thing and ordered a sample bottle for $3.95.  I received the sample bottle 11 days after ordering it and the a charge showed up on bank statement of $89.31.  I called and ranted and raved but the lady said it was too late they had already sent me my full bottle and I would have to wait to receive it and send it back to them to receive the fefund.  I had not even had the trial bottle for 2 days!  I told her that it was insane to send a 14 day trial bottle out and not even have 14 days to trial it!  She did not care.  I told her that I was going to report her to the BBB and to the police and she told me that it was my "perogative" to do so.  She would not refund my money.  so I did report her to both the BBB and the police.  I received my full bottle on Nov 22 and returned it back to them on Nov 26 and my USPS trcking number stated it was delivered to them on Nov 29 and I still have not received a refund!!

    Good news folks, well at least i hope so!!  I was also caught up with this scam and in fact I only paid $1 for S&H on my trial bottle.  When I checked my bank account and saw the $89.31 charge I was immediately concerned and searched the internet for reference on my account.  Low and behold i found this site and it confirmed my fears that i had been caught up in the scam.  Thankfully M Reaves posted the website link on Nov 8th and when I went to it I discovered it was the same site that I had used and I felt gutted to be reminded of the terms & conditions that I had read and understood. What I didn't expect was that the product would not arrive within 14 days as a reminder for me to cancel it, so of course I forgot about it.  The $1 left my account on Oct 28th and it was only on the Nov 18th when I returned from a trip to the UK that my bottle arrived.  Strangely enough another bottle arrived the next day which turned out to be the trial bottle, so the one that arrived the day before was the $89 bottle.  At least I have been luckier than most people, in the fact that I have actually received something.  

    Today I finally got round to calling the company using the number off the website 1-877-350-8480 and after waiting for a long time I finally spoke to someone.  Knowing that it was partially my fault and having received the bottles I requested that they cancel my account.  They were happy to do this and when asked if there was anything else they could do I complained about the way they were doing business and the least they could do was send me half my money back.  Not surprisingly they did not want to do this but said they would send me another bottle.  I'm not sure that this will turn up, but at least for now they should not be taking any further money and I have requested that they remove all my details from their system.

    To add insult to injury I have since read that these may be an inferior product anyway!!  I'll let you know if it works.

    Well this has taught me a lesson and I hope never to be caught by one of these scams again.  From now on I will only shop from well known branded websites and i would encourage anyone still affected to call the number above, if anything to stop any further payments being taken.

    I wrote the other day and actually lied to them and said that I canceled it within the time frame and was still charged. I received the refund in my checking account today!!! Even though I canceled my debit card, my bank told me that they still accept deposits. Whew! These people are nothing but losers and the marketing company too.

    I just got off the phone with this company myself.  They said that my account had been canceled with them, but that the charge on my check card was probably from another company that is the acaiberry extreme or something like that. They gave me a bogus number to call that company to cancel that account, which shouldn't exist in the first place!  I was told that was the only number that they had for that company and they are sorry that it wasn't working.  Told that even a supervisor only has access to that number.  What a load of crap!  I intend to do everything in my power to get my money back.  The number that I called was 888-771-7030.  The number they gave me to call was: 786-554-2446.  My call could not be completed as dialed, blah, blah, blah.

    I am one of the latest victims of this scam.  For me I did try to cancel.  I was put on hold for 3 1/2 hours.  I was also using another line dialing the same number and kept recieving a busy signal.  I finally gave up.  About 3 weeks later, I recieved a phone call asking me how I liked the product.  I told them that it wasn't what I expected and that I did not want to recieve anymore.  She thanked me for my time and hung up.  I ordered the sample in september, got the call in october, and now in december I receive two packages of products I did not order from companies I did not give my CC number to.  After about an hour on the phone with a guy named David, I received a confirmation number for one of the $89.31 charges.  The other apparently is my fault.  Thankfully I already had to have my card replaced so that's done.  Right now I'm posting as many reports as I can til i can file official reports with the powers that be during buisness hours tomorrow.

    Yea they got me with this as well and when I contacted them they reported that I would have a refund within 14 days.  We are now on like 20 and still no refund they are crooks and lie.  I cancelled my card as soon as I saw the first charge so they have only hit my account once.  I really hope something gets done to these people.  They are crooks!!!!!!!!!

    I have called them back again today demanding my refund and they stated that it would take 7-14 days for my refund and with it being the holidays it may take a few more dys than normal. I informed her that this was stealing because they had the product but would not refund my money and that I have already reported them to the Florida BBB and FBI.  They received the full bottle of acai berry on Dec 3rd. I informed Trish that my 14 days was up on Dec 23rd and I have still yet to receive a refund.  She stated it was in the system and the coorporate office has to issue it.  I told her hat that was crap because this is the same number that you call to order a supply of acai berry and they take the credit card number and if they could do that then they could refund my money.  After arguing with her andgetting very upset she told me that coorporate had credited my account today and it would be up to the bank to deposit it.  I am so furious with these lying SOB's!!!

    i also called today ( 3 minutes ago) and ive been waiting for my refund of 89.00 for almost 1 month and 3 weeks.. we're going on almost 2 months. i threatend them with the better business burero but all they keep repeating to me is " mam that will be posted to your account in 3 to 5 business days" over and over again.. i also got told that corporate was handling it .. almost every time i call they say the same thing .. i am so bs about this .. i need this money back in my account and they just dont care.. uggggh..

    After numerous calls to this company and many empty promises that they are crediting my bank account I have still yet not received my refund.  I sent the product back to them and the tracking # confirms that they received it in Nov 2008 but they will not credit my account.  I informed them that this was stealing and I have reported them to the BBB of Florida, West Virginia, my bank, the police dept in Miami Florida, and the internet crime complaint center...I do not know what else to do to get my money back because it looks like they are scam artists!!!!!
