- hurtI got a call from this number in may,2014 telling me that I had a payday loan that have been turned over to the litigation dept, they need to set up payments arrangements for the debit so a lot of calling and threating me they called my personal office and got the address and they called me and told these people were about to serve garnishment papers on me and that I need to call them I did they told me I will owe over 3000.00 if we go to court but I could settle it for 701.50 so I did I allowed them to take from me twice a month 175.00 and the took the last money out of my bank on yesterday so I called them to get a paid off letter and of course they want answer now but before they got the money they answered every call. I don't know what to do I only have the name as it appears on my bank statement and the fake phone number if there is anybody that know anything can help me.
