This number keeping calling saying they have a legal issue and want to talk to my mom. She owes nothing to anyone.

When they call they always want to speak to a specific person and no on else.  I detect it it a debt collection service.  I tell them the person they want is deaf and that ends the conversation right then and there.

says collection, but i have nothing outstanding. just a scam.

They aren't too bad, lol. If you had a recent medical bill go into collections, this is the company. I have a MedStar Mobile Healthcare ambulance bill sitting with them. I'm working on a payment plan with them to have this removed from my credit. Black Credit Matters Too lol

The bill that they are trying to collect is not a legitimate account of mine. I did not give any information and asked for the information they had on file and they wouldn't give it to me and kept trying to get my social security information.  I have blocked 🚫them.

This number keeps calling me and leaving messages. They went as far as to call my ex at his job then threatened saying that I was getting sued,they were a lawyer and they needed to find me and what it was about . First of all a lawyer doesn't call telling someone they're getting sued and need to locate them because it'd allow you to hide from them.  They also legally can'ttell another peraon what the call is about. Regardless of anything, I owe nobody. I think it's regarding my adult disabled sons bills for which legally I'm not responsible for and a bill I did receive for 2019 was sent to me in 2022 that was his vent company. I also have a contract saying its a capped rent so legally I own it now. They tried to tell me it wasn't capped but documents prove otherwise.

The Texas law states no surprise billing and they have 11 months to bill a person. The hospital also called regarding one of many bills my son has because he's in the hospital a lot. The insurance refuses to pay that bill because my son had multiple hospital aquired  infections.  . I told them the only time we spoke was that they know CMS never events are not payable. They've received 15 million + a year for my sons hospital stays. Greedy HCA CMO wanting to picket that $$ and won't even hire staff.

My son also has a ventilator that's part of litigation due to injury from recalled devices and that company can't legally bill us for use when it wasn't being used. I have multiple correspondence from that company where they say they need to see if he's home so they can resume billing and saying to continue using the device (its freaking recalled)
My attorney contacted them multuple times regarding the suit and the idiots went and filed as defendents with Phillips respironics 🤦‍♀️. My attorney asked why they did they because now it makes them liable for the 100s of pople in that lawsuit with injuries.  They can stick it up their [***].

The hospital hasn't sent a bill to me and it's been over a year. They need to remember the 11 month rule.
They can kiss my [***] and better not put it on either of our credit or I'll sue them. They need to learn the Texas law .

National Recovery Service (NRS) handles medical collections. Robocalls at least every five days, from a range of different numbers, wanting you to call them back at (888) 796-1510. They call from two main numbers (833) 388-2910 and (888) 830-1512

Looks like they handle other collections as well but it is hard to tell since their website is unreachable and the BBB can't locate the business.  I certainly would not be paying them anything if that is the case

I believe this is about a bill I disputed and they settled on about four years ago. It is the only bill that possibly could be about since amount that they quoted me that is missing is the amount that they agreed to write off. Be very very careful about giving them in the information. That will just encourage them. I’ve now once again blocked them.
