I had the same dillio with the guy named Ron White. My wife and I are real estate agents here in Vegas and used our Keller Williams network to find an agent in Florida to look up the property we own there. We have never seen the property, it was willed to us by grandma. Over the years value of this "white elephant" has moved between $2300 - $10,000, and now sits around $6k. This joker offered me $62,000!!!!!!! This sounded like bs right from the start. I am still waiting for his call back and will read him some of these posts to him and let him, and his band of losers know that we the people are done with flim flam guys like him, and all of his kind who prey on innocent hard working folks trying who are trying to keep things together through these challenging times.Be smart, always ask questions, and consult a professional realtor about your property value before trusting any flight by night operation take any of your money.

A woman named Melanie,(later, Melanie Bermudez,)called; she had a buyer for FL lot with offer of $82,000. ( Later, I called a random, local real estate agent in the area to check on lot prices; he said $15 - $20,000 and that there were about 50+ available.)She asked more than once if any taxes were owed or any leans, etc., answer was no. She said if I was interested to sell it would cost only $300 for title search, filing, etc., her buyer would pay closing costs and I would get back the $300 at closing. She wanted to know if I could attend the closing in person, which would occur in mid-Feb,(now is mid-Dec.,) she would call and let me know when to attend closing 25 days in advance. She was to send me a sales contract to sign if I were interested and if the $82,300 would be acceptable. I said yes and she immediately asked how I wanted to pay for the charge or what credit card I would use. I told her that I first wanted the buyers' offer in writing in my hand. She said she would e-mail a description of the offer and of what we had discussed.
The e-mail was different. It did not represent an offer or a buyer, but was worded to lead one into a contract with USProperty Services in order to look for potential buyers. It also stated that information about the company was included along with the description of a 90 day money back guarantee; neither were included.
Ms. "Bermudez,"(she had a hard time saying it when she finally began to include her so-called, last name; it sounded as if she were slightly embarassed at the sound of something which might sound like it was a made up, fake name,) also had mentioned that she makes her money through financing the buyer. She really did plainly state numerous times that we were dealing with a very definite and real buyer and a solid offer of $82,000, which was quite unlike the e-mail she later sent when I refused to forward any money without a bonafide sales contract.

My in laws(78 nad 82) got the phone call recently and unfortunately gave out their cc info. Were charged $800 for listing their florida lot.  Tried to get it back from cc company and so far have not been able to.  So glad I found this site.  I am going to go back to discover and try again to get their money back and late fees and interest.  Will also contact BBB and florida attorney general.  Suggest everyone do the same so we can shut United States Property services down permanently!

I just had a phone call, on a Sunday, from an agent working for US Property Services in Largo, FL. Said he had 2 buyers that are buying up AZ property and are interested in 7 lots in my area. Offered $28k for my 3.1 acre "arroyo". I know what the terrain of my property is because I have been there to see it. This property is assessed between $6k and $10k. I am glad that I found this site after searching the phone number because there were several listings for the name, depending on how one spells it. Sounds like these guy are trouble and glad to see my hunch was right. If it sounds too good to be true.....

They're still at it. A woman named "Ruth" called us about our lots in Arizona. After googling the # and finding this site (and others like it), I am not calling her back, but I will call the property management company that oversees our lots and let them know this scam is still going on. They called us a few years ago too.

Yeah, same stuff, they been after me for two years to sell land in Florida, left all kind of messages, same company, same names, same number. Good thing I checked the web and found all this stuff.
Holy [***], these people are unbelieveable, next time I'm down there, think I'll stop by to say hello and see what kind of deals they have going. As for the address, I'll find them somewhere in a stripmall. Thanks for all this information.

I'm glad that you filed a report. Lynn Ewonaitis is known as a thief and a compulsive liar. She has ripped off many people, wrongfully accused them and stole from people in need and unfortunately she won't stop.

You're wrong about Lynn. She is the MOST HONEST good hearted person I've ever known in my entire life. I've known her for 30 plus years, her many friends and family know this to be fact and amongst the most endering qualities of her character along with her passion and hard work. Lynn  was scamed while working for this company she believed to deliver these services as promised. She only worked for them less than a month. Lynn QUIT instantly upon realizing this company was a scam and even contacted her customers to caution them and apologize. Her name is synonymous with integrity, honesty and class - that's why she gave these clients her full name. Anybody doing business with Lynn is truly blessed.

Well that post was made 2 years ago.  Now you show up 2 years later extolling the virtues of someone who you claim only worked there less that a month.  it seems that most people in this thread were scammed.  Your friend was part of that scam.  sorry no one here will give you sympathy or even forgiveness.

I AM Tony Ewonaitis! I never wrote this post about Lynn.  She is the most honest person of the highest integrity you'd ever have the privelage of knowing or working with.  It is very cowardly that somebody would post something about this beautiful, giving woman using my name. You are so wrong - shame on you.

Exactly! So why are you still here posting about someone or something you know nothing about - your loss. Understandable, Lynn travels in circles high above you and has enjoyed a life and career people like you only dream of and read about. Get a job, get a hobby, get a life. You're pathetic and I'm done. We know and love Lynn. Understandable that a loser like you would be jealous and envious of her.

I have no idea who Lynn is, but Lynn is obviously someone I would not want to do business with.  As to why am I here?  Well you posted first and I replied to you, not to a 2 year old post.  Maybe you should get a job, a hobby, or a life since you seem to be hanging out here.  It is obvious that you are the pathetic one and probably are her.
