I got a text that my payment was not satisfied and to call. Now I had a check come back so I reissued the check and I called this number back 888-827-8805. Some guy name Mike answered the phone and ran my phone number mind you no ID of the company just started attempting to verify me and he provided some address and then a company name and I said sorry this is not me I don’t have an account with that company and he told me that he got an complaint and that they will just file the complaint and hung up on me. Now if the rude agent would have allowed me to say anything would have informed that I’m not the person that he is looking for I work at a law firm and I know that he thinks he has a slam dunk to attempt to sue someone but I will be filing charges against this number for unfair business practices. Note if I was the person that he was looking for he has provided me the last (4) of someone’s SS#, address and employer; how professional can this company be in this day of age with identity theft. Quite unprofessional and unethical business practices. I will be suing this company. I have the same name as someone then I have to be this person absurd!!!

I just got the same text as upset customer ^ and the person listed on the text is not me.  I'm not going to call them back.  Any idea what business this is???

VERY RUDE C/S REP, named KURT.  Never let me speak, just kept saying listen to me and cut me off every time.
Received a text from 407-338-3758. Said they were from FSC/or SFC and wanted me to relay message to sibling, not pertaining to me.  Would not give me any other info as to why my number is on their list, or what they want from my sibling.  Gave a number, said to have them call back @ 888-531-9288, for further detail.   Basically, just hung up and he said one more time, "JUST GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE!"

Since you work at a law firm, I'm surprised you don't know that you need more than just a phone number to file charges. You need their legal name and business address. Phone numbers can be spoofed.

Received text saying activity on my account and to call immediately. I've been cash only for 10 years and have NO ACCOUNTS. SCAM

Answered, caller did not identify...said they would be serving legal documents. I hung up and blocked.
