I don't own a bill at all, but this company keeps calling for bank information.  The check number the person on the phone gave wasn't write during that month and year.  I got in touch with the doctor office the person claim it from.  The billing department has no recording of a bounced check.  The legal aid person called and said I will be sued for a $3.30 check that's now $117.70.  I have sent a business letter stating that I don't owe the bill.  However, she said the doctor billing department sent it by third party . In which is a parent company for billing.  The collection agency also stated, that invoice where sent.  As such, I'm  seventy years old this year and all legal paper is done by my daughter.   No, invoices were sent on behalf of the law office.  Help!!!! Not valid bill and balance.  We didn't misplace or wrote a check for that amount.
