Same illegal robocall message as all listed above.  I did not press 1 or call that number because I know there are no motions being filed out of Compton, CA to suspend my bank accounts and tax returns.

Same as above, scam robocaller attempt. The message instructs to you contact a case manager at 888-835-1324 but the caller ID is CA based at 310-361-0462. Report the situation to the FCC or your local authorities.

Exact same message as everyone else.

This number left a grainy message threatening legal action. Did not have the correct name nor valid reason to call . SCAM ARTIST!

Got multiple calls from the same number and received the same message as everybody else. Scam!!!

Got the same voicemail everyone else is getting.  if there was a legal issue I would think they would have to send you something via certified mail. call back # was 888-835-1324

SCAM!!  The IRS will never contact by phone, only via mail.

I have gotten this message  several times left on my phone about my bank accounts being frozen and court action being taken against me!

Very strange - same message so I called back. They were looking for a college room mate from the 1980s. And somehow linked him to my mobile number. In the 1980s, i did not have a cellular phone - they cost more than my tuition!

Thank you... I was confused. So, I was just asking him questions because, every number they call my phone says "Scam Likey" and, he got so upset. He hung up on me after I was offended by him using a derogatory term and, told he that was not ok. He then stated that he was no liberal and I stated that I am not either and, he has no right to speak to anyone that way! I was rather upset by this whole thing my self.

Wrong person but said I was somehow connected. Total nonsense. "Melissa" said they were moving forward. I'd be liable and on my public record. Total nonsense.

He keeps calling my sister sayibg he's going to have a family member arrested if we don't pay a bill. The last time he called about 8 or 9 months ago, he was trying to say our brother owed for a bad check...well my brother had dimentia and hasn't wrote a check in 20 years because he's been in a nursing home...he recently died and this guy is still calling. When we ask to a copy of this check from where it supposedly came from and to verify who he was he got all mad. He recently called back a few days ago asking for my sister. Everyone that knows my sister knows she has really bad mental issues and has never had kids and stays in her home. She has had her married name even though her husband died 20 years ago and he called asking for her with her maiden name. My sister doesnt make bills and never will. She stays home 24 hours a day. I wish I could have answered the phone...I would have cursed him out and yes I'm contacting the police and whoever else to contact to stop whoever this is.

Please cite your source for your claim "if you do you are allowing them them to restart a debt" simply by answering their call.
