Collection agency is calling asking for a George Smith a person that I don't know at all.  I have talked with a Supervisior and have asked them numerous times to remove this number from their list.  They continue to call forcing my daughter to take messages after she has indicated that the person George Smith does not live there.

I was about to go to the hospital to have my labor induced when the phone rang; I didn't even look at the caller ID. Ithought that it was part of my family wanting to know what was up.  They had me so Upset that I could barley see straight. I told them to quit calling me because I was on my way to the hospital to give birth and they had the nerve to say "Can't you go by and pay on your way!"  I slamed the phone down and started crying.

Same deal as everyone else. First the phone call asking for someone with same last name. Reply from caller, "oh sorry we'll remove your number yadayadayada. Then a collection notice arrived for same mysterious person with same last name. What do these knuckle heads hope to achieve? Do they think someone would pay it just to stop the dang calls?

The caller was rude and condesending.  I made it clear that he had the wrong person, and he would not explain what the call was about.  We have experienced forgery and ID theft during the past 2 months and am wondering if this company or person could be the one that stole our identity.  I need for this company to be more forth coming with info or I will turn them in as the one that was responcible for the forgeries. This is not the first time they have called my number - looks suspicious.

They had my phone number which clearly shows someone else is using my phone number and could relate my name and husbands name even though they were asking for some strange name when they called.  they also accused me of lieing saying that I REALLY Was the person they had asked for and was denying it.

We have been recieving random calls from 8 am in the morning to as late as 9pm. We are not the person these people want, we have told them,yet we keep getting called.If some low life gives your # as contact # you are screwed...they just keep calling!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sued by Calvary in the NY Courts over some old debt they bought the rights to.  

I hired a consumer debt defense attorney in Buffalo, NY and we easily beat their case saving me thousands of dollars.  ($4,112.00 to be exact after paying the consumer atty $900.00).  If you are contacted or sued by them get help.  Now I don't hear a word from Calvary and I didn't have to pay them a dime.  Jen in NY.

Some man named Oscar phoned me, wouldn't tell me why he had called, was very rude and demanding. I hung up on him.

I just called the Cavalry Port people and all they wanted was my personnal and financial information then demand it saying its there right to obtain this information to collect a debt. WTF
