- anonymous| 1 replyThey are "The Bill Coach". I could not find their info on BBB's website. They are a 3rd party seller who signed me up for a credit counseling program. When I tried to back out they threatened to contact my creditors and remove my ability to re-apply for credit counseling in the future. They bullied me and committed fraud against me. Do NOT EVER do business with them.

- Diane| 1 replyThey said they'd help with my debt. I gave them all info & when she told me what the new monthly pymt would be, it included $49.00 per month fo a "benefit program"...not something I want or need. Hopefully i won'thave any problems telling them NO...to be continued??? Oh yeah, they "claimed" they were non-profit...I guess that's why they chg $49.00 per month for some goofy bebefit program???

- Donnalene| 3 repliesThey called in response to a questionnaire I'd filled out on net for credit card debt. I wasn't expecting a phone call and was quite surprised. Did ask for correct spelling of my name and birth date. When I said I was skeptical about giving my date of birth they said this would stop the application process. I told them I wanted to call credit card company and see if they would help me. I was told to go ahead and see if CC company could beat the deal they gave me and if they didn't hear back from me in an hour they delete any info given them and stop app process. If they can help the way they said this would be great!!

- Dee Mathe| 1 replyI've been dealing with The Bill Coach to lower my monthly payments & close credit card accounts. They have several local numbers, in addition to the 888-851-7639. When questioned, they told me they have local numbers for people who don't have long distance coverage, so they can reach them.
When I googled The Bill Coach initially, there was very little information - and nothing bad -- nothing stating they are a scam operation. I am very upset - to say the least !!!- Caller: The Bill Coch
- Dorothy S.| 4 repliesI got a call from them after filling out a questionnaire and they showed me with an option to get out of debt. The program they signed me up for was credit counseling. I know its a legitimate program because it says it at the bottom of my credit card statements. Long story short - there wasn't a upfront fee(good sign) and in the end it was up to me. 3 payments have been successfully made to my credit card company. This was my biggest worry, thank god. Hope this helps.

She spoke with real bad broken English. Gud mor nin sir. I m lukin for Jo-seph. My name isn't even Joseph yet she persisted that I needed their services. I said thank you but no thank you and hung up. Hopefully this is the last I hear from them, but I doubt it.
