That is a lie. Every state has a one time set up fee. It is the only thing charged outside of your payment and it is not taken till you start your program. In some states not until the second month. I have been here for almost 7 years. I have never taken payment once.

Go to the theBillcoach.com. Call 1-800-582-8839 National Budget Planners and ask them how you get qualified for services. We qualifiy families for Consumer Credit Couseling Nationally. Every state has different underwriting guidelines as do the creditors so asking for generic information like the name of the creditor as well as debt and payments and interest. Allows us to provide a before and after scenario.

The Services are non profit. The bill Coach takes no payment and provides no service. We simply qualify families for servicing by non profit.
