SASKTEL IS ABUSING THEIR OWN RULES WHEREBY WHEN THEN ARE SOLICITING BUSINESS OR HARASSING PEOPLE FOR MONEY - SIMPLY BECAUSE SASKTEL HAS SCREWED UP SERIOUSLY ON BILLING AND NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WILLING OR EVEN MENTALLY CAPABLE OF LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER, UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM AND FIXING THE PROBLEM, SASKTEL WILL CALL NUMEROUS TIME TO HARASS PEOPLE WITHOUT FOLLOWING UP ON FIXING THE PROBLEM!
    CHANGE PROVIDERS - CANCEL HOME/CELL PHONES, INTERNET, MAX AND ANY OR ALL SERVICES WITH THEM! THEY ARE LESS THAN RELIABLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!

    WHEN YOU CALL BACK - NO ONE ANSWERS,WAITING ON PHONE FOR 25 MINUTES, USING UP MY MINUTES, KEEPING CUSTOMERS WAITING IS RUDE AND IGNORANT, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING THEM FOR MINUTES AND WON'T ANSWER THEIR CALL. PEOPLE IN AFRICA HAVE CHEAPER CELL AND INTERNET SERVICE THAN WE DO!

    In my personal opinion, Sasktel sucks bad,  always have. I have been in the IT industry for about 15 years now and they have the worst service I have ever seen from a telecom. There worse then a third world country with there rates, residential, mobile or anything else. I am sorry but Appalling is an understatement!  left them years ago and have never looked back, as I get 100% better services now.

    Cannot even use an iphone, how pathetic is this... I and many of my friends will be spreading this information anywhere and everywhere we can.

    i absolutly hate sasktel...knowing this was them calling makes me even more mad....weve had so much trouble with them charging us too much all the time...and they say they fix it, the next bill is even higher...i dropped my cell contract with them cuz they kept charging me wrong...and i aint paying the stupid $600 fee for doing so...they can have the crappy cell back!

    I agree (mostly) with the others. Until 3 years ago Sasktel was very good, in my opinion. And I've been in IT since 1998. But the last 3 years are pathetic. My land-line is nothing but static with crossed calls and whenever my phone RINGS the internet goes down for at least 4 minutes. I know what the problem is, but sasktel won't listen. They tell me I have to pay $47 AN HOUR to repair A STREET-LINE CONNECTION.
    YES, this is sasktel calling you. But it states "unknown caller" and it won't leave a message.

    It is SUCH AN IMPORTANT CALL ....No caller id.... rings and rings and yet there is no message!!  Now that I know it is SaskTel trying to collect money....and they wonder why I dropped them.  Ohhhh but I was told the collection department has had a major overhaul, after I complained how I was placed on hold for up to 20 min and then had to deal with rude and snotty the representatives.

    Not so long ago, in Saskatchewan it was illegal to OWN your own land line phone. True story. I don't know if it ever happened but theoretically you could be charged or jailed for owning your own phone. You had to rent a phone off of Sasktel. Great little way to Hussein the phone market in one area. The biggest problem with that is when you don't have competition you don't try to excel yourself. Now there's competition and Sasktel is a few steps behind, not in the store location department, but the technology department. If you wonder why your bills are so high go to one of the 26 locations in Saskatoon and ask them why?  While you're there getting ripped off maybe ask why the particular brand new built store your in is even in existence since there's likely another brand new store across the street or just down the block. It's rediculous. Banks and Sasktels flaunting all there money there taking from us is starting to piss me off so much I'm starting to walk like an Egyptian. Too bad there wasn't a million more walkers to back me up.

    Do you know Sasktels rules????  You wouldn't if you were sitting here complaining, Sasktel calls you from this number to GET THE MONEY YOU OWE THEM.  So quit compalining and pay your bill.

    Ya effing sasktel screwed me too. Cancelle my contract when I was away working without me know, expected me to pay off the contract and then start a new one! I mean who doesn't have 600 bucks laying around....anyways, told the I wasn't paying it and then 6 months later I got a call from collections, saying there goes my credit if I don't pay it immediatly. The big SK needs better laws to govern the cell phone companys.

    Called tonight 3 times between 6:20 and 7:10. Left no message. I guess the company figures everyone is at home eating...NOT. I was in a meeting at the office.

    Are you kidding me...if the calls coming from this number is Sasktel...they have some huge explaining to do...I have received 4 calls from this number...one of the calls came in the other morning at 4:45am...I'll be following up on this tomorrow and if it is Sasktel I'll be filing a complaint...I have proof of the call from this number @4:45am on my call display...I owe them nothing and they better hope it wasn't them...idiots

    i bought my phone on aug 15th i paid my bill off right there in the store $244 the i spent $500 on my new phone. 2 weeks later i got another bill in the mail for $277. i havnt even got my new phone bill and sasktel is calling me non stop im so unimpressed with sasktel they can shove it.

    I truly believe that  sasktel double charges people in hope that people don't go over their bills.  Plz look your bills over.  They will keep doing it if people don't contact them. We always pay our bills and they still treat you with very little respect.
