Received a voicemail from AFS could barely understand what the woman was saying. She left a callback # of 888-870-4030. Said my husband has a debt that needs to be paid. No amount was given. I looked the # up online and saw the complaints.  When I called the number I could tell it was shady! Finally got through to someone's voicemail box. Told them never to call us again. They called my parents trying to get ahold of us too. LEAVE US ALONE! 😡 I have a lot of time on my hands. You've messed with the wrong woman! It's a SCAM!

I got a call from a "Susan Cook. She says she received a complaint in her office that I wrote a check then closed my account she is calling me to be mediator between the Bank and myself to settle for the amount I owe rather that what the bank is now charging me.. The call came from 1-213-379-9046 but says to call # 1-888-870-4030 ext 209. She gave me this ref# too. I asked her to send me this supposed information and she asked me for my email address..I told she should have it on file..She told me to tell her the email so she could confirm it..I never wrote any checks so I knew she was lying. .BE WARE ! Do not give them any information

Same call as someone else on this chain.  Called from 206-452-0550 and left the name AFS 888-870-4030 saying that my social security number and personal information had been turned over to them.
This is a SCAM...don't worry....they know nothing about you...they are phishing.

It's a scam, she's called me before too. Call the police in your area to report it even tho it was a few months back.
