Has called me 5x within the last week and never leaves a message.

Called number back and says the company is mind bridge

Have called at least 4 times in last 2 days, "representing" ComEd, telling me there are issues w/ my bill, using that as a tag line to try a sales pitch to switch service providers because I'm paying too much they say. I've directly told them that their call is offensive spam, and to leave me alone. Still they call.

Now they're walking the street, ringing bells! Didn't want to take no for an answer, tried to get me to show a copy of my bill to "verify" my services. I wound up screaming at him to get the f off my property, it was harassment on their part.
Enough is enough!

I don't know what state you are in, but I had the same problem.  Went into my utility account online and removed permission to give my information to other companies (it was checked by default without my knowledge).  Pretty much stopped the problem, as I don't get phone calls anymore either.

It's a scam. Block the number. Done.
