They are prank calls why would they not talk to you when you answer.

This number called me just after 12 Noon today. They ruined my lunch break. We are not a company and they don't realize they are calling a house phone. These people need to get arrested.

Stupid number, no ID.  Left a message on my voicemail which seems to be one of their cohorts on another line, asking someone if they are the homeowner at a specific address.  This has CRIME written all over it.

Called 3 times in the space of approximately 10 minutes; no answer when I pick up; called the number back and listened briefly to a woman describing why she made a movie - hung up after about 10 seconds

they called me 3 times today 03 18 2014 within 15 minutes. I was expecting a call from a contractor with a 888 number and thought it was them. I did not answer the last call. i redialed the second call and got some message about religion

3 violations in one plus intent to commit other crimes

1. Violation lf California PC prohibiting annoying\threatening calls
2. Violation of Federal DoNotCall list
3. Violation of Federal law against spoofed caller number
+
intent to steal from call recipients

Another call from these idiots, this time at 12 noon on a nice, quiet Sunday.  Aggravating morons.

3/31 15:03 PDT  Obviously robotic call since only rang once.  Once more, NOMOROBO appears to be effective.  I first reported this number in August, last year.  Why can we consumers not stop these intrusions?

3/31 Hey Vashti, it seems we continue to be targets for these creeps.  You and I keep getting calls from the same numbers so we must have had something done by a co. that sold their list to others.  If you have the opportunity, maybe you, too, can take advantage of NOMOROBO.  At least, the phone only rings once if the caller is robotic, but, unfortunately, not all providers recognize and allow the use.

Called today. Left no message. Added the number to call block list on new Panasonic phone. Panasonic model KX-TG6841 blocks up to 250 numbers. Used to get many calls per day but now the telemarketers are down to 2 or 3.

They called at  3:17 PM PST.  Nobody on the line.  Called again at 3:33 PM.  Nobody on the line.  Certain it's one of those scam contractor calls.

Called my house 4 times in the span of ten minutes. Three of those times no answered, the fourth, i was already pissed and told them to F off and hunfg

They have called a few times, never leave messages.  This toll free number is so spoofed looking its a dead giveaway as a scam!   Plus I no longer answer toll free calls, even if they are legit, 90+% are scam calls these days.    

Added area code 888 to my call blocker blacklist.

I don't answer unknown callers, but they keep trying.  This was from 888-888-1111 at 10:15 am.  Just looking at the weird number I knew it was another scammer.  I've reported these creeps to everyone possible: police, DNC list, FTC.  It is a waste of my time.  They're no help at all so I no longer bother to report them.

4/18 11:17 PDT One of these years they'll give up.  Just hope it's sooner rather than later.

We got calls from this number several times. Sound like nuisance calls.
