Supposed to be Red Timeshare Exclusive Resale. They want to sell my timeshare.  This was a preliminary call, followed by a marketing call.

they asked for some money upfront and i did not go for it!

i made some inquiries and it was to my satisfaction. i went with them because of their money back thing. in i started getting offers in feb.
but now i decided to keep my property....lol

We've been getting daily calls from this number....Red Time Share Exclusive offering rental AND sale at more than purchase price for West Maui timeshare we own.  Sounds too good to be true.  They state they have families from Europe and they need our property for show case.

They state upfront $$ are placed in escrow with State Verification Office.....supposedly talked with verification officer....my question was how would I know this person was actual "verification officer" and not just another employee or scam artist.....

Any comments?

They just called me too. Did you find anything else out about them. It does sound to good to be true.

someone named JUSTIN SULLIVAN called me about a week ago and asked me if I would be making a reservation on my unit and if I would like to rent or sell it?
He sent me a Sample Contract saying that if my property is not sold or rented in 6 months tops that my money will be returned guaranteed. I was VERY skeptical because I have had bad experiences in the past so I had my attorney look at the contract and he advised me to do it that it is a legal document and that I will get my money back. Thank God that i also looked in here and that no complaints have been filed against this company. I am going to let them sell my timeshare. If anyone has had any results with these people please respond.

OMG, i did get TWO offers but my husband thinks that we should hold on to it because it looks like timeshare values are going UP.

We decided to stay on the rental program instead, if you have a timeshare this is the best option...

i went with redtimeshare and got 38.000.00 for my whyndham ocean walk timeshare unit about a week ago and i signed the contract with them two weeks earlier so they are for real. I paid 1798.00$ but it was worth it!!

I got a call from Red Time Share Exclusive Resale the guys name is Frank Davis, he said they could get me 80-85,000 for my unit at West Maui but I didnt believe him cause i already got fooled by Universal Time Share. He said he could get my money back from them if I had proove that I had given them money up front. So i went along with him and believe it or not !!!! He did sell my unit for 83,000!!!!! And also I recieved a letter from the legal dept. at Universal saying I would get a full refund of my money in three days!!! So these guys are for real...At least they kept theire promise to me!!

I signed up to sell my timeshare in May and am now trying to get my money back.  I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are working on it.  Did you sell your timeshare?

We also had Justin S. call us. We never hear any thing from them the whole time they had trying to sell our time share. Our time was up in the beginning of October. I have been trying to get our money back, since then. They do not return phone calls. I just found out today that Justin was let go for giving wrong information to people.
We met other people at a time share meeting that said they would never use this company again.

I ws wondering if you went with res time share? We went last April and our time was up as of Oct. 22,2009. We still haven't gotten our money back. We keep getting a run around. They keep saying that the woman that does the checks is out on sick leave. The address they gave me in VA. is coming from a privite condo, that they are not to be doing business from.
I wold stay clear of them.

We also had Justin call us a number of times. We did go with the Redtimeshareexclusiveresale. Our time ended in Oct. 2009. We have yet to get our money back. I have called and called . I was told that the only person that writes the checks is out on leave and I will have to wait. She has been gone since Nov 2009, and they won't let me talk to anyone else. Also I have been hung up on some many times.

I had a call from Justin Sullivan back in July of 2009.  I am trying to get my fee reimbursed as they did not sell my timeshare in the alloted 6 months.  I have tried to contact them many times by phone and have been fobbed off with promises to return my calls - never happens!!  They are an unprofessional organization that appear to be scam artists.  Anyone ever get their fee refunded?

I just got a call from John Fernandez olf Red Time Share Exclusive Resales from a 702 area code (Las Vegas) but he gave the above number as a return number.  He offered $27,000 for my timeshare in Maui - the company I bought it from didn't offer me anything like that.  I am wary about anyone calling like that and if you have to put upfront money ($1798) I am even more wary.  I'm not going there.

I've been dealing with redtimeshare for about 8 years now and I have had no problems so far as far as getting my money. The only thing that it is true as far as my own personal experience goes is that they don't always rent out my property for the exact amount I look forward to, but over all it is a pretty decent company.
I do apologize to any one who has had a bad experience with that company and I am not trying to discredit you, I can only speak for myself.

Mr McGowan, try speaking to a Guy named Luis Simmons, he is pretty strict when it comes to the employees and Complaints.

i signed up with timesharesonly and it was a Lisa Longyard that got my money! Jesus!!!!

i was looking into this redtimeshare people that contacted me about my timeshare but i see that it is all some type of game with you scammers.

you post something negative to try and get people to sign up with you instead..lol

you will all burn in hell some day as the good lord is my witness. but you wont Lisa if i get my money back
