I was wondering if you ended going with Red Timshare Exclusive Resale? If you did I was wondering how you made out?

I made the mistake of going with them. I never heard from them and I still have not gotten my money back yet.

Just to let you know that Luis did not return my calls.  Neither did Redtimeshare.  I can only conclude it is all a scam.  If anyone else got their upfront money returned please let me know.

They did not sell my timeshare but i did get my money back. i spoke to Louis Simmons.
The best thing to do with these companies is ask to speak to their legal department.
I had three offers in the six months but they were not good enough. So i spoke to their legal Dept abd got my money back in 11 days.

I would be grateful if you could let me have the phone number you have for Louis Simmons.  I have had no success getting a call back from the numbers I have for both Redtimeshare and Louis.  This company does not exist in the Florida Register of businesses.  I have tried all avenues to get a response them.

I got a call from John Fernandez and was offered $28,000 for my property in Florida. I am very wary also about this. I got a contract sent to me but I still cannot figure out if it is legit or not. Dee or Deek let me know if you have any more information. Thanks.

My Brother Theron Padgett a U.S.  Army Veteran like myself, got scamed by Redtime Share Exclusive Resale fn Nov 09. Diane Miller(probably not her real name), Fiancial Officer called from Arlington, VA. & told him about a time share in Ormand Beach , Fla. The Resort was called Royal Floridian. He was asked to send $1700 as an initial fee but He said He would not send that large amount(considered a large amt by my Brother), The Lady, Ms Miller said how about $1398. My Brother unfortunately sent $1398 in Dec 09. He has repeadedly called Ms Miller booqoo times and also a man by the name of Zach out of Miami, Fla. Each time they said that they would work with him on the time share. Six(6) months have passed & the 2 people have not returned booqoo phone calls. Zach has hung up on him at least once in the 40 foncons made between Nov 09 to the present to Arlington VA. & Miami, Fla..

I believe there needs to be a class action law suit against this scam artist by the name of Redtime. I hope that Ms Miller & Zach and all the rest of the scam artists go to jail for a long time. I would love to go visit them in jail and say good riddens!!!!.

My Brother is considering, 1st, a class action lawsuit, if there is not enough people to do that or not a lawyer to handle that with, then 2d, Small Claims Court. I have advised him to go these 2 routes to try & get His $1398 back plus the cost of phone calls.
I own 7 rental houses & have twice filed against 2 different Real Estate Agents in Augusta, Ga, once in 2000 & the other in 2006. Each time i got my money back. My Bother is 100% disabled U.S. Army Veteran & on a limited income. He did not think that He would be scamed having had bought Time Shares before & been successful. Obviously He has been scammed this time but will courageously fight back. Need to hear from others that's been scamed!!

Sorry to hear about the scam on your brother.  The same has happened to me but I am still keen to recover my fee.  The problem we all have is knowing where Redtimeshare is based.  I went through the Florida business register and came up with nothing.  Have you had any success in tracking down their whereabouts?

I too got a phone call from John Fernandez. I have a Westgate Flamingo Bay condo which I would sell for the 32000 that he stated. He was to e mail me information, but have yet to receive it, Any Information???

Yes my Brother Theron got scamed by Red Time Share Exclusive Resale back in Nov 09. He lives in DeLand, FL(near Daytona Beach)He dealt with a Financial Officer by the name of Diane Miller(probably not her real name) out of Arlington, VA. He also dealt with a guy in Miami named Zack. He got scamed out of $1398.00. The Lady wanted $1700.00. originally but my Brother said no & the lady came down to $1398. My Brother has made booqoo calls to Diane & Zack and has been hung up on by Zack. My Brother made about 40 calls all total sine Nov 09 to the present. The majority of the calls goes to an answering machine & they have not returned his foncons. This Redtime Exclusive & others like them are a bunch of scam artisds, lowlifes, lobcocks & the scum of the earth.
Anybody know a good Lawyer that can represent us on a class action lawsuit. Another alternative is filing in small claims court.

The same thing is happening to us.  Said they had an offer and then no call backs after I gave them the money. I have a lawyer looking into it.  He is going to send a letter and we will see from there. I have been held holding the line when they went to ckeck on the offer and never come back to the phone. That is a rare to\ime they actually answered the phone. I am pissed.N8W

Keep us posted on the lawyer situation. I hope you're lawyer can do a class action lawsuit & put these lobcocks in jail(eventually). I've dealt w/ class action lawsuits (before) in Augusta, GA. back in 1999, even though the homeowners won we wound up getting back only about 1/2 of what was owed. My Brother is a 100% disabled Army Veteran & does not need the stress that this has done to him & He is on a limited income right now & is being hurt by these con artists. I'm going to try & do everything I can to help my Brother get these Scum Bags in the pocket book. Apparently there operating not only in Florida where my Brother lives but throughout the US. I have been trying to go after Red Timeshre since last Oct. 09. I have written to every department that could do any thing. Since they receieve no answer from Red Timshare, they close the case.  I would like to know more about this suit you would like to file against them.

I have left a number of communications on this network over the past year.  I am also trying to get my money back from these scam artists.  I did some research in Florida and confirmed they are not a registered business in that state.  Also I have just discovered that they have set up a new website with some new telephone numbers:
