I got a call from 1-888-900-9749 and they stated they were a law firm.  They called and left a message at my work.

Received call from asomeone named Monica of the Bronson & Migliaccio Law Firm. Caller wanted a person who does not live to call her back at 1-888-900-9749.

Received a called from Scott Klinky saying he was calling from Attorney Bratz' office. Looking for my sister who doesn't even live here who has filed bankruptcy. When he was told about the bankruptcy he said he didn't know anything about it and it was about something else. The number belongs to a collection agency.She isn't very happy - I hope they know that they are about to get a huge fine for that one call. They were really rude too.

I have received several calls on my cell phone from this business for a complete stranger...on my cell phone!!!!  Are they going to reimburse me for the minutes?  I left a message with my ph # that I have no idea who they are calling for.  No response yet.  Interesting....do I have any recourse?

they called my cell phone..we owe a CC $1278.00. We owe peeps money everywhere..Then they started threatening.

These asshats call EVERY damn morning looking for a relative of mine, pleading for us to give them his contact info. He doesn't live here, never has.

Just had a message on my answering machine from this number.  Person said she was Ms Macaway from the law firm of Bronson.  She didn't ask for anyone in particular, so I guess she won't get a call back.

I haven't received a call, but when I call,they talk to me as if I am 4 years of age. I am an adult and do not deserve their smart remarks. One lady-Ms. Jenkins from Glen Burnie, MD referred to me as "sweetie." I am not any humans' sweetie. They are nasty people and need to be looked into about their attitude.

They started calling my mother saying that she owed $600 for a CC.. She is 90 years old... I DON'T THINK SO.. Her last CC was paid off over 20 years ago. I finally went to a lawyer and had to write a Cease to Contact letter. If they call now, the phone company tracks it and they get a $1000 fine for every call they make.... DAMN.. now I knida wish they would call 8-10 more times... Would love a nice vacation on their dumb [***]....

They contacted my parents and freaked them out.  I have an unusual last name, so it was easy for them to do.

I got a call at my job giving this number and extension number 4123 from a Jamie Raymond. Her message was that is was in regards to a legal matter. Have no idea why they are calling called back got an answering machine. it also says it is the same law firm as the other listed posts

I have received many voice mails from Bronson & Migliaccio on my cell phone for another person with the same last name as me. I don't know any relatives with that name but this company's practice of calling people just because they have the same last name is unacceptable and inappropriate. I've let them know numerous times but now they not only continue to call my cell but they've begun to call my wife's unlisted number.

I will be sending them a letter and keeping a record if the calls don't stop in preparation for legal retaliation.

I've gotten several calls from this company. Mine are recordings. I've pushed the #3 on the phone letting them know they have the wrong number for the person they're trying to reach. The recording then tells me to wait for the next operator to update their records, but all the operators are busy and to call 1-888-9749 to update their records. I've gotten 2 calls today.

At least one call a day for Marta Cresco from these people. I've never heard of a Marta Cresco. I have called and spoken to a Miss Gallagher. She supposedly removed our number form their db. We'll see!

it is Providian Bank, then La Salle Bank bought it, then CitiBank bought the account
