Got a phone call and voice mail from 424-900-6974 stating a civil complaint has been filed against me using my name and social security number. They instructed me to call 888-901-5501 to speak with "the firm" but left no other information -- I'm thinking definite scam!

Same here. Phone call 10 minutes ago.

This number calls themselves the Firm.
They tryed to sell child porn to my wife.
Some one needs to do something about this
Group, tyson in litigation asked if we had little young boys, we hung up on them.

Got a message with no missed phone on my cell.  This number said to call the Firm immediately as court orders had been returned as undeliverable.  Hmm...I smell a scam.  Phishing for sure.

got this same phone call a few days ago.   thanks all for sharing, as it DOES seem to be  scam.  did not call them back!   need to spread the word to our family and friends, as I can easily see how our elderly population will fall for this.

Don’t fall for it!!! Got the same phone call with the same message. If someone says they’re going to go after your bank accounts and tax returns for whatever reason they might have they’ll have to take you to court after papers are served to you at your home.

I just got the same call a few minutes ago. I am smart enough to look them up before calling back. I am sure that it is a scam but how can they keep getting away with stuff like this!!

Got the same message today, 9-18-19, that my bank accounts and tax returns will be........Scam, I haven't got a tax return in years!

Got a call from 424-900-6974 & was told my bank accts & tax returns associated with my SSN..........to call 888-901-5501 I did call them and yelled SCAMMER & hang up lol!
It's defimitely a scam!!!

Abusive collection company...called my work and personal number today...Fed Employee so curious how they got that...called them told them to cease and desist...despite having my address they read off I've never got a notice via regular mail...it was debt from 2012...I was deployed I a Combat zone...I asked them are they targeting old people in FL retirement communities beyond what their memory serves with Zombie Loans in attempt to confuse them by extorting money.  I asked for company name and CEO...he refused CEO...said quite obnoxiously he wouldn't dare give me that.  Said TE&A Mediation.  I said what's your name...reluctant was Andrew Evans...to which I asked Esquire?  Lol...he didn't understand that title...I told him FTC has you listed as Phantom Collection Company executing Time bared and/or paid "Zombie" loans...I asked him do you realize that?  Would you do business with a firm listed as such...he proclaimed FTC lists all kinds of legitimate businesses on there as well...to which I answered "really." Then I said so whom shall my attorney...friends with FL Attorney General contact regarding this 2012 debt?  He hung up ..called back, kept hanging up...then number went dead...so called other number 424-900-6974...appears Las Angeles but who really knows where they're at.   I'm curious if FTC has a mailing address or registration for this company...I can't find anything on them.  I think I gave them a good scare though...
